Hello,

How would you rate the following protocol for TRT+? Is it generally effective and safe? Any suggestions for improvement?
Monday evening:
Testosteron-Enantat 125 mg (base)
Primobolan 100 mg (to control E2)

Friday morning:
Testosteron-Enantat 125 mg (base)
Primobolan 100 mg (to control E2)

hCG 250 IU E2D (to maintain testicle size and function)

Cabergolin 0,25 mg E7D (to improve libido and lower prolactin)

More info ie age? Whats your e2 on 250test only? Previous experience with primo,caber and hcg?

Thx for your reply, I am 55, E2 on 250 test and 750 i.E. hCG at the upper end of the reference range... I want to try Primo because of all its benefits... and want to try Caber for Libido and EQ because prolactin is in the upper area of the reference range. Do my thoughts make sense?

You then need to up the test to lets say 350 and try 100 primo to see where your e2 stands on that dose or up it in 50mg increments if you feel high e2 sides. Okay but 0.25 caber is too much..try 0.125 but that might be too much also because caber is strong. You will get libido boost but might also crash prolactin so be careful. I would recommend you first try high dose p5p for prolactin and if you want libido boost maybe try proviron

Thank you for your advice. Increase the Testo due to the Testo-Primo ratio? I wasn't aware that Caber was so strong, because many people recommend this dose. Thx

Mostly because you don't know how much the primo will affect e2..you need to give some room so you dont crash it..caber is strong af in most people thats why you need to start low and asses with bloodwork otherwise if you crash prolactin you wont have a good time and its a bitch to get back up(again in most people because I cant know how youre gonna respond)
