What is a universally "mild" compound that absolutely wrecked you with side effects, or conversely, a "harsh" compound that you tolerated well.

For me, I ran a Tren Blend and did not suffer from Tren d1ck, had no problem sleeping, and personally tested it with Jano and it was within 3%+- the stated claims. I will say honestly Tren was overpowering for me, your tissue and ligaments can't keep up.

One thing that hammered me was Anavar. The stomach problems and pumps were just not good. I tried it twice and had to quit.

Good topic, happens more often than people think.

I’ve seen guys cruise on tren with barely any classic sides, just like you describe, but then get completely wrecked by things that are supposed to be “mild”.

Anavar is a good example. For some people it’s clean, for others it destroys pumps, appetite and GI. Those lower back pumps and stomach issues can make training miserable.

Another one I’ve seen a lot is Primo. Supposed to be smooth, but some people get lethargy, low mood or just feel “off”.

On the flip side, compounds like tren or even high test sometimes get tolerated surprisingly well… until you look at the hidden stress like lipids, BP or recovery capacity.

Your point about tissues not keeping up is key. Feeling good doesn’t always mean everything is fine underneath.

End of the day, response is very individual. Labels like “mild” or “harsh” are just general trends, not rules.
