i dont really like the idea of constant release. petuitary works in bursts and i want to mimic that action.

Yes, it’s safer, but from what I’ve read, it should be used by injection because its oral form has extremely low bioactivity.

my idea is to run both cjc no dac and ipamorelin to give a big burst.
It is more effective to run exogenous gh
i really think it depends on the case. if you are taking exogenous gh you will worsen the effect cjc + ipa because of gh downregulation on petiutary. I think its good for a cut where you can run cjc no dac + ipa + hgh frag pre morning fasted cardio. Gh is expensive and i think nowadays for people with healthy petiutaries using peptides or mk677 could be a more cost effective approach for people who want to look great but not that pro-bodybuilding physic. When we are talking freaks then it requires such an high amount of igf that the only way to achieve it is gh + insulin.
Even in this situation, i don't think peptides outperform gh. You have to use about 2mg of cjc w/ dac per week to get any results and (from driada) that'd cost you 120e per month. Add in ghrp2 and you're at 204e ler month. What will you gain, an additional 2iu of endogenous gh? At that price point, you could easily run 3iu of gh per day and not have issues with prolactin or cortisol. After trying mk677 and proper gh, i don't ever plan going back to gh secretagogues, except if i need them to stimulate apetite. I do think mk677 and a lot of these peptides are overhyped due to the research chem websites promoting them to teenagers. Just my thoughts...
i think here there is a generally bad approach on using secretagogues. Using things that constantly stimulate the petiutary. For example mk677 and cjc with dac. I really want to try for myself using secretagogues for bursts with the rational that:
-> petiutary stores GH inside somatotroph cells.
-> with constant stimulations the petiutary is basically always leaking.
-> you can use fast acting peptides like cjc no dac + ipamorelin to burst out an high amount of GH
-> constant endogenous release is usually associated with a more feminine profile while burstable GH release is more related with a male profile.
-> there are some claims that a heathly and full petuitary can something like to 3iu of GH
-> in a rats studies we could observe that the petiutray refills every 3h, we are not rats but i bet we could "milk the petuitary" 2 or 3 times a day
-> a pulse of GH being better than a more a flatter curve seems to be supported by the fact the some high level bodybuilders are injecting it in the veins (IV). Not only it has better bioavaiability it also acts way faster. If you were to think of your daily GH release in a curve, having the peaks seem to be better than a more stable curve of release.
But then again, this is a lot of bro science and assumptions based on data that could be wrong but im planning on testing this before jumping HGH.

have you guys ever considered a sublingual DMSO based line of products? As of lately the topic of sublingual orals like oxandrolone anadrol etc has risurfaced on many youtube channels and online forums, however it is important ot notice that anabolic steroids cannot be absorbed to a significant extent through the oral mucosal barrier without a solvent like DMSO. They are highly lipophylic and need a delivery system. I believe you could make a ton of money from this type of product firstly because from what i'm aware (at least here in europe) no other lab provides them and secondly because DMSO or propylen glycol/ethanol based drugs offer many practical advantages:
1. very fast absorption ideal for preworkout formulas, where drugs like anavar or anadrol could be used for acute effect especially for neurological drive or mixed with sildenafil (which is very soluble in dmso) for increased pumps
2. dramatically increase the oral bioavailability of drugs like proviron (going from a miserable 3% to likely over 90%) and also of all our beloved non methylated and unesterefied drugs like test, drostanolone, tren etc. (hence avoiding the necessity for the very painful and toxic water based versions like test base, TNE or tren base). Pure testosterone with no ester dissolved in dmso and taken sublingually will reach peak in your system in as little as 15 minutes (this has been proven clinically).
3. avoid first pass liver metabolism to reduce the toxicity of the c17 methylated steroids and avoid (in case of the injectable version) exposure to harsh solvents (you mentioned in a previous post you don't carry injectable dbol for this reason).
4. absorb more effectively drugs that are highly affected by food in your stomach like t4 (again proved in clinical trial with an ethanol based version).
5. make topical versions of tb500 or bpc157 (see "butcher balm" for example)

what about SLU-PP-332
I just ordered some to try out on Amazon , but i´m not sure if this is the real deal ....
There is also a big difference in dosing, many manufacturer sell pills with 250 mcg, (like here) and the seller on Amazon says you need about 50mg to have an effect.
