Hello everyone,

I wanted to ask for some advice. I’m 20 years old, 187 cm tall, and weigh 115 kg. I’m still relatively new to Testosteron and don’t have much muscle mass yet.

I’ve been going to the gym for about a year, but I’ve struggled a lot with building muscle and haven’t seen much progress so far then i stopped the training for 6months and got fat again.. XD

I’m considering doing my first cycle, but I’m not sure what would be appropriate for someone in my situation. I have bought 2x Testosteron Enathete Ampuls from Driada

I’d appreciate any serious advice and personal experiences. Thanks in advance!

Why start it at only 20 years old, with only one year of training behind you? It makes no sense at all. You need the rest of the routine first, unless you are really low hormone levels in the first place. A decent workout routine you actually keep up because it's become second nature, with proper nutrition and rest should be the first thing, and after that has been in place for years, you can see if you need anything else to add. Doing it the other way around will risk your fertility and make you dependent on hormones for absolutely no reason.

Hi. Let’s rewind a little and look at your situation from the outside. Please answer a few questions.
  1. Your weight before you started training
  2. Your strength levels when you started training and now
  3. What is your daily calorie intake and how much protein do you consume?
  4. A photo of your current physique

Thanks for attaching the photo, it gave me a better understanding. Have you lost weight before? At this point, I’d recommend focusing on that to lower your overall body fat percentage. How did you lose weight before?

It doesn't contain a lot of things, but what jumped out to me was the very low Vitamin D, which is quite bad but can be helped. Are your other values okay?

These blood tests are not enough to properly assess your condition. From what we can say with confidence at this point, as mentioned above, your vitamin D level is significantly low.

It only makes sense to interpret the other markers in detail once your end goal is clear and we’ve determined a strategy for achieving it. Bloodwork is best evaluated in the context of a specific goal and planned approach.

So at this stage, I don’t see much point in commenting on the other markers separately without the overall context.

Agree with Falcon here. Vitamin D is definitely worth checking, especially if you're deficient.
Getting some basic bloodwork done would be a good idea. That way, you'll have a better understanding of your hormonal health and any potential deficiencies before considering anything else.
