I need to take hCG. I want to buy the 5000IU and split it in 3 takes of 1500IU. But apparently, once diluted, you have to fully use it. Is that true?

No it is not, you can split it as proposed (just take care of your hygiene conditions)

I'll put 2ml of saline then split it in 0,6ml per injection to reach the 1500IU over a week.
And I've seen that it's not optimal to take hCG and tamoxifen at the same time. I need to do one week of hCG then tamoxifen one week, then hCG again, and so on...

I think first we need to understand why you’re taking HCG and tamoxifen at the same time in the first place. And honestly, this alternating schedule looks extremely unusual.

Please tell me where you saw this protocol and why it was recommended to you.

I'll take it for conception.
Ive been on trt for 2 years without any hCG (big mistake i know) but now i need to wake up this part of my body

Okay, in that case, don’t worry, because to get your testicles working again, you don’t necessarily need to inject 1500 IU per week. You can easily use 500 IU twice a week or 250 IU three times a week, and gradually everything will start working again. But you don’t need tamoxifen at all, unless of course you’re planning to do PCT now.
