I have pain in the biceps tendon where it attaches to the forearm. What treatment could I use? I’ve started injecting BPC, but I’m doing it in the abdomen. Some experts suggest injecting near the painful area, but how do you administer a subcutaneous injection there?

I would suggest don’t even trying it; BCP will probably won’t be more effective than traditional over the counter meds.

Consider that a tendon is a poorly blood irrigated tissue, therefore manual treatment and systemic meds are probably the best solution.

Don’t meant to sound aggressive, but do not reinvent the wheel…
