TODAY'S WORKOUT : chest/back (+calves work)
As my usual routine I took 10mg oxandrolone 1h before working out and took Edge of Insanity pre workout 😎
This workout was straight fire, amazing pump and focus, I was all time working like a beast and I hit some PR's here and there too, this was one of the best workouts of the year I would say, mind muscle connection was really sharp too 🔥🦍

Today's workout: shoulders&arms
As usual took my 10mg oxa + a weak pre workout that I only feel beta alanine and caffeine.
No this wasn't a good workout I was depressed all time and I felt like I didn't want to workout, but days like this happen sometimes and I look at the big picture, today I worked out even if I didn't want to and that's what matters 💪

Amazing workout, I took 10mg of oxandrolone 1h before training I had a quick 50g iso whey protein shake 30 minutes before training and took 15 mins before entering the gym the pre workout edge of insanity (psycho pharma), I destroyed my legs...
Please tell us about your leg training routine. What’s your main or favorite exercise?
 
i don't do them because i have a lower back problem, i had one herniated disc last year and i don't want to injure it again

Just like many of us. I’ve had back pain for a long time, but after many years, I finally found a few solutions through exercises that helped me get rid of the pain and return to squats and deadlifts.
