It is a blood test that you need to assess whether or not you need an AI

I won't take anything that interferes with insulin that's a promise I made myself since I started, unless I'm forced under competition by my coach.It´s really great, yes !
I use 5mg every day in the morning, that´s enough when you take it daily !
And it´s great for other activities, too
Combined with 50mcg IGF 1 LR3 it´s even better ! That are the best workouts for me !
