Today I discovered the power of Cialyn and Anavaros pre workout (10mgs each roughly 1 hour before training), had a really great session at the gym and the PUMP was mind blowing 💣

i removed from the ancillaries list the arimidex since im not using it because of the masteron suppressive estrogen effects (since 3 weeks), and i also removed phenibut as i noticed i was getting addicted to taking it couldn't sleep without it (since 1 week)
 
Masteron won't protect you from gynecomastia if you're e2 are too high.

I know it doesn't fully protect me from E3 levels from riding but I don't aromatize a lot naturally so getting an AI would interfere with my natural aromatization forever, and I don't need that
 
LEGS
Today was not the best, I felt tired for some reason (maybe because of the fasted cardio I do every morning), anyways I took the usual 10mgs of Anavaros and Cialyn and went to the gym with 1 scoop of Laser Melt, the first sets were a struggle but as I worked more and more I pushed through the workout like a real bodybuilder.
I'm really amazed of what I can achieve just if I want to, and hope to inspire everyone of my followers one day 💪

I tried A LOT of pre workouts for pumps and Cialis is up there with the most potent ever
It´s really great, yes !

I use 5mg every day in the morning, that´s enough when you take it daily !

And it´s great for other activities, too 😜

Combined with 50mcg IGF 1 LR3 it´s even better ! That are the best workouts for me !

I won't take anything that interferes with insulin that's a promise I made myself since I started, unless I'm forced under competition by my coach.
Btw yeah I don't take Cialis every day, only on large muscle groups days, 10 mg seems to work really well for me and I feel a little boost in strength 📈💪
 

SUPPLEMENTS UPDATE (for fat loss)​

Currently, as I am cutting calories and increasing my cardio, this is my morning fasted routine: I take 4 to 6 pills of Yohimbine HCL (depending on the strength of the pre-workout I'll be taking later) and 1 scoop of Amino Fuego by Inspired Nutra. I have noticed many benefits from combining these two supplements, including lean mass preservation and fat-burning properties. This is just a tip for anyone interested in fat loss routines. I highly recommend trying them out!

SHOULDERS&ARMS
Today I felt average, not great but not awful, I just took the usual 10mg of Anavaros with fireball elite (fat burner pre workout) after a light meal, had a good session nothing amazing but I'm feeling leaner and tighter as the program goes on, if you guys would like more update and tips for fat loss and debating react to this post with a like 💪🔥

Veins are going crazy today, double cardio session for a total of 2 hours because I like to feel lean and the burn, by the way this Anavaros Masteron Testos cycle is giving great results as you can see 💯🔥
Don't skip your rest days guys they're really important for muscle growth and they are essential for the CNS 🙌🏼

Just get your calorie goal without extra cardio. You will lose your fat over time, don't worry, and without extra fatigue

Yeah but without cardio I feel like I'm staying at the same point and not losing fat so this is more mental than physical 🙌🏼
