FAT loss and Muscle gain at the same time - They say it is impossible!

Starting point: 01.08.2025, coming from one month of maintenance phase (July). 92 kg at 172 cm at 14 % body fat, after diet phase started in March.
Originated from the last Bulk with 104 kg, 172 cm at 21% body fat.

Cycle goal: Lean bulk/Body recomp - 5/6 Months
Cycle structure:
50mg Testo En every day injection.
60 mg Drosta En every day injection.
200 mg Bolde twice a week, Mo and Thu.
Dosage might me adjusted if progress halts. Infos will be in the cycle updates.


Compounds by:
Testo Enanthate (Driada), Bolde (Beligas, switching to Driada after Vial is empty), Drosta (Media Pharma due to driada shortage, also switching back to Driada soon).
HGH (Driada)
Reta (Driada)
L-Carnitine (Driada)
Exemestane (Driada)
Isotretinoin (Driada)
Telmisartan (Driada)

Additional Peds/Peptides/Supps are shown in the excel list as picture, full August 2025.

Macros:

3000 Kcal
40 % Protein
40 % Carbs
20 % Fat

Slowly going up 250 kcal every three weeks, depending on progress of muscle and fat.

Cycle Update 21.08.2025 - 3 Weeks in now. Goal Lean Bulk.

93,1 kg now - added 1,1 kg of mass.
Added some volume in the chest area and calves got more definiton.
Still at 3000 kcal.

Cycle structure so far:
50mg Testo En every day injection.
60 mg Drosta En every day injection.
200 mg Bolde twice a week, Mo and Thu.

So far no sides, so no counter measures were initiated. Felt the boost of Boldenone by the extra strength each set.

Changing cycle structure, starting week 4.
3250 Kcal at 40/40/20
75 mg Testo En every day.
40 mg Drosta En every day.
200 mg Bolde twice a week, Mo and Thu.

Training stays the same: Push Pull Rest Legs Full Body Rest Rest
No additional Cardio.

Why did you choose to increase testosterone?

You're rather lean in any case it's a good point for the rest of your bulk 👌

I am testing it for myself, my final dosage of Testosterone will be 100 mg/day.
All blood parameters were good. E2 was a bit lower at 16. So that gave me the OK to increase right away.
I dont want to adjust the E2 via Boldenone, because I feel the benefits starting with 400mg/week and upwards.
So I am juggling the Test:Bolde ratio on basis of my E2 with the Testo dosage, and of course with the total outcome of muscle and/or fat gains.
And because I dont eat that much, I let the compounds do the job for the more leaner part of the bulk.

Update: Currently in week 5

3250 Kcal at 40/40/20
75 mg Testo En every day.
40 mg Drosta En every day.
200 mg Bolde twice a week, Mo and Thu.

Weight between 93 and 94 kg. Feeling great, no sides.
Awesome pumps and strength progress in training. Bolde has now fully entered the system. Love it.
Bench at 160kg for 10 reps.

No increase in dosage or kcal planned for now.

Updated compound list for september 2025.

Added in Igf lr3 by Driada 100mcg daily, injected directly after training bi-laterally (calves,chest,tri,bi,quads).

Beware of the risk of hypoglycemia with igf1.

But if it is post training with a meal no worries to do about.

Yes i am aware of that. That is why I take it post workout with 25g of Cluster Dextrin and 50g Protein as a Shake and 30 mins after that comes the normal post workout meal.

The "problem" with the cluster is that it takes round 45min to be in the blood to get something interesting.
It's not a quick sugar as we tend to believe. Digestion is easy and assimilation is constant (blood sugar does not drop as quickly as with dextrose or rice cream, for example)

The best experiment to do would be to measure your blood glucose at different times after the IGF1 injection.

Etc.

See the real drop in your blood glucose and adapt the best strategy for it 😁
 
I cannot represent the entire population, but here is what 30gr of cluster dextrin in empty stomach does and look like in blood.

Take round 1h for a peak (I drank at 6:45 am)
And the down of glucose takes 1h30 (without physical effort. So maybe it's faster if there is a need for sugar by the body)

I also have the curves for dextrose only and for a dextrose / cluster mix

Will test the blood glucose reaction after IGF1 later, after training today.

40 mg Drosta En every day. @280 mg/week
200 mg Bolde twice a week, Mo and Thu. @400 mg/week
100 mcg IGF1-LR3 daily bi-laterally. @700 mcg/week

Labs:
Total Testosterone at >30 ng/ml
E2 at 47 pg/ml
Prolactin at 9 ng/ml

Weight on a solid 94kg. Feeling great, still no sides, no bloating nor any water retention.
Still have the feeling of beeing in a now more shallow recomp phase. Guess that will change by the next kcal increase.
Strength on a very good level.
Benchpress 8x175kg
Deadlift 8x240 kg
Frontsquat 8x 170 kg
Feeling the IGF1-LR3, getting some nice volume in the muscles.
From week 6 on I only injected the Igf1-lr3 in the calves, love the results.


No increase in dosage or kcal planned for now.
