Hey Driada & PED´s father,

thanks for the new challenge 💪 💯 🆒

i have 2 small questions :

1) What about the time factor ?

When your video exceeds 30sek in lenght ? (like the one posted above)

Do you count the reps done in the first 30 seconds ? Or is it disqualified ?

I guess it will be quite hard for many of us to get the video to exactly 30 seconds, so it would be cool if you just count the reps done in the first 30 seconds, no matter how long the video is, instead of disqualifying it.

2) and what about the exact weight ?

I plan to do this challenge at home with my adjustable dumbell, so i just put it on a scale an weighed it. (6 plates a´2,5KG, and 1,8KG for the handle)

Dumbells in gyms can also differ a lot ....

Shouldn´t it be mandatory for everyone to post at least a photo with the exact weight in this thread ?

That was it,

good luck everybody ! 💪

I’ll answer your questions.
  1. We only count the number of reps you complete within 30 seconds. At the very least, you should start your last rep within that time frame. But of course, we won’t disqualify anyone.
  2. Of course, weighing the dumbbell is a more serious approach, but for now, we’ll try to do it without weighing — it seems people are lazy enough even to record something on camera, let alone weigh it. But we promise that your serious attitude and approach won’t go unnoticed by us.

so true 🤷‍♂️😂

But hey, nothing comes from nothing ;)

For me, it´s fun, and i don´t mind spending some minutes on something i enjoy ,but to each his own ;)

I hope a lot of people lift their lazy ***** in the next days and make this an exciting competition 😜

Like Ronny Coleman said some decades ago : “Everybody wants to be a bodybuilder, but nobody wants to lift no heavy-ass weights.”

We’ve decided to post the competition information on the Driadashop website as well and have increased the prizes, so we’re hoping for a bigger response. I think getting 8 testosterone shots sounds pretty good! Light weight, baby!:D

Challenge Accept

16kg x 17 Reps + 1,6 = 273,6

Bro I want just say something I didn’t notice it from the beginning , so I did 13 reps with 30 kg for 30 seconds , and it’s could be that someone with 17 kg dumbbells with 25 reps will be more than me as points and I think that’s Not fair, so just I need u to tell me should I also 17 kg with 30 reps doing and I will get in this way more points
Try it its a point game and not a pure strength game. And also count ur reps, u did 30kg for 11 in 30s You can't underestimate Markus who did 17kg for 25 reps in 30s

If it so , then I will do more reps with less weight , I will try it tomorrow with more reps and will see if it’s about points or strength

Guys, thank you all for your videos! I wanted to share a quick mid-contest update. Just a reminder — everyone will receive points equal to their score on their account, which you can exchange for reward points for orders. Here’s the exchange link

100 reward points = 10 euro

Well

273,6 points

246,75 points

229,25 points

421,68 points

302 points

Some solid feats of strength here,
Here is my modest try fellas :
17.5 kgs x 17 reps = 297.5 + 1.75 = 299.25

Stay strong.
