Honestly I don't do many hammer curls. But these challenges and rewards are pretty awesome. Just shifted from my primary source to you guys.

Hammer Curl Challenge – Results ​

Gentlemen, the results are in!
30 seconds, one dumbbell, and a lot of pumped arms – the competition was fierce

Below are the final rankings based on the formula:
Score = (Weight × Reps) + (Weight ÷ 10)

1st place – @Massoud → 36×30+(36/10)= 1083.6
Prize: 8 vials testosterone + Reward Points = 1083.6

2nd place – @Salmi → 36×26+(36/10)= 939.6
Prize: 6 vials + Reward Points = 939.6

3rd place – @Mohammad → 34×27+(34/10)= 921.4
Prize: 5 vials + Reward Points = 933.0

4th place – @MacWoerl → 36×24+(36/10)= 867.6
Prize: 4 vials + Reward Points = 921.4

All other participants will also receive Reward Points as a thank-you for joining the challenge.
The points will be credited soon, and you’ll be able to exchange them for reward points on the page via the link.
