Day 17: quads
Oh my God I love training legs, I had an amazing pump and strength today, hit some new weights with more reps than the last week and had an overall really productive gym session.
This cycle is giving me exactly what I need to support this mass phase, the drive to push my body and the metabolism boost are all coming through and I feel them.

day 18: rest (because of sore throat)
I hate rest days, i feel like im not progressing or doing enough, by the way i was actually planning to go to the gym today and hit shoulders, but since i can barely talk and my breathing is really impared i had to take this day off, unfortunately today no photos or significant updates, i kept my calories as usual so i don't loose any progress but damn it is hard to eat this much and not train, i feel like all this energy is going to get all in fat (which will obviously not) and im scared of eating too little because i could loose my gains, after all it's common rest day thoughts so i will stay hard and attain to the program, see you tomorrow with an update 💪
 
Day 19:back&calves
Yeah, today I slightly changed my back workout by adding one exercise for calves that's it.
By the way today I felt the sickness still present but I choose to go to the gym anyways and damn I was wrong staying at home, I pushed so hard and had an amazing back pump and for some reason even my triceps were swole.
I'm not saying to push yourself even when you're sick, but sometimes physical activity can help you realize that your body can still push trying hard times.

Day 21: biceps&calves
This morning I felt really sick, anyways I choose to go to the gym anyways and push through, I had a very hard time breathing at the beginning but luckily I took my 1 scoop of insane veinz which helped me relief my nose and mouth. workout went amazing, I had an awesome pump, kinda mid focus as I was distracted from my sickness, but overall a great session with good volume and intensity, weight is going up and tomorrow I will tell you how much I've reached so far because this morning I forgot to take my Weight 💪🏻

Mass day 22: hamstrings
Hamstrings today and I swear I felt like a demon in the gym. Short session, but I pushed hard and left it all on the floor. Every set was intense, every rep locked in, and by the end my legs were on fire in the best way possible and I wrapped it up with 15 minutes on the StairMaster.
This journey isn’t just about building muscle it’s about building discipline. If you’re reading this and struggling to get through your day, I hope my grind reminds you that even the toughest sessions can leave you stronger, inside and out.

Mass day 23: chest&abs
Chest day today, and man… that wet pump hit different. One of those rare sessions where everything just flows weights feel lighter, form feels tighter, and you’re fully locked in. I pushed the same loads as last week, but squeezed out a couple more reps and even threw in an extra set for abs at the end.
Confidence was high, mood was solid, and the whole workout felt productive from start to finish. These are the days that remind me why I love the grind.
Keeping those calories high (currently at 6000 calories) remembers me how hard it is to commit to a hardcore bodybuilding diet, but that's what i got to do in order to grow and i'm not afraid to put some kg of water or fat, because i've got a secret weapon as soon as this cycle ends... 😈

What does your most recent blood test say? Also I recommend using 10 mg off accutane indefinetly (microdosing) I do this and it reversed my oily face and constantly appearing pimples (not actual acne)

I haven't done any recent blood test, and by the way I don't have any oily face problems, it's just sweat 😅

I didn't mean to say your face is oily, mine however was and 10 mg solved it, crazy to think doctors are prescribing 40-60 mg of this stuff to underweight girls
 
Day 31: legs
Ok so it has been a while since I last posted, I'm alive and I'm doing great, did legs today and I was focused AF and had an amazing pump.
I'm currently modifying my diet so those days I'll update you guys on what's new on the program since I will change some things, I'll be still in a off-season diet so no worries I'll always be big 🦍
 
Day 32: shoulders
I don't know what is going on, people are telling me more often that I make them afraid of me, I feel like I'm only getting fatter, and girls are starting to compliment me for my masculine looks, IDK am i going crazy or what?
I honestly can't do it anymore I want to cut so bad I don't see myself good in the mirror and I'm starting to become more aggressive but... Towards myself, I'm not a masochistic or anything related but I'm so rough with myself, like if I feel I ate like a pig last meal, that could be lunch, I Will force myself to starve for the rest of the day untill the next morning.
Everything in the gym is getting way lighter, maybe this is what Tren should feel like, because I'm really feeling it, I get a pump in the muscle just by thinking at the exercise, I'm really more active like I move more and I do lot more stuff during the day, and girls seem they really like my presence, but inside I feel like a f#cking demon stuck in a fat body and trying to escape it...
 
day 45 legs
What's up people, cycle is going well and so is my training, feeling a bit bloated which is why from now on I will start cutting down my calories as the weeks go on, basically I've bulked so far to 100KG and now I will recomp from here, diet is very hard especially avoiding those hidden fats.
By the way workouts are getting harder and harder and the volume, man I never tried a modified bro split with this much volume and intensity and it seems to work very well on me.
I'm starting to notice a bit of nipples growth maybe due to prolactin, but no sign of gyno so I'm good, I've got caber in my backup in case I need to take it.

And I felt really great during all my workout, pump was awesome, I felt chatty and overall in a happy mood, I'm starting to reducing carbs as the weeks go on and I'm noticing a more defined look.
Overall I'm satisfied with this mild cycle and I think low dose trenbolone is not as bad as they are saying on social media, it's just a more potente testosterone imo 💪🏻

Damn, Vigorous Steve recommends even less than that, something like 50 mg a week or even less microdosed every day subq
yea u saw that video but i think the dosing is a bit low for muscle building purposes, also consider he is in his 40s and im 20 so it makes sense to take more for me, by the way subq tren is bs and should not be done, it is really dangerous if done incorrectly
