Hi guys
I wanted to ask you guys about how you guys manage your cholesterol and blood thickness on cycle since these are both important things to keep in control. I heard something about Niacine for cholesterol, but mostly on some higher dosages but that it also comes with some side effects on long term use.

For the blood thickness i don’t really know if there is anything from supplements or stuff you can take to keep it in control.

Really looking forward to hearing your tips and advice!

Hi.

For the thickness of the blood, it's very personal.

Most of the recommendations are to pay attention to your water intake, avoid products that cause you this kind of problem personally.
Blood donation or phlebotomy remains an emergency solution as well.

For cholesterol, diet will be an important factor. Your genetics too.
But it's not just cholesterol to consider.

LDL (or better oxidized LDL)
HDL
Triglycerides

The entire range of lipids is to be observed and depending on the results, several strategies exist.

There is not only one universal path for all humans 😁

With cholesterol, one obviously wants to increase HDL and lower LDL and triglycerides.
The most important part is still diet, lots of fiber and Omega 3,and little saturated fat and even less trans fat. But if you inherited high blood lipids, it won't be enough. I was eating at least as much fiber in grams as fat for years, and my numbers were still high.
From supplements, I had success with citrus bergamot, red yeast rice extract (it's practically a statin but it's also risky because it's often contaminated, so only buy it from a controlled source), fish oil, and if you want more you can add amla / Indian gooseberry extract and olive leaf extract. I also want to add berberine soon as I read it can increase HDL.
Actually, cardarine is also supposed to do that, but it has other risks so that should be the last resort.
And, of course, cardio can also help a lot. But if your problem is familial, the best lifestyle in the world won't give you perfect numbers without some effective supplements.

I found Algae Omega 3's (since this is where fish derive it and it is also for those with seafood allergies), Red Yeast Rice (Thorne), and Citris Bergamot has really helped me.

Along with that, I take a baby asprin. Bulking on 500mg Test E., Tren Blend + Enanthate 250mg total per week to get all esters, and Primo E (non oral) for the quality muscle that stays 600mg split M/W/F.

Bloodwork so far is good. As mentioned you can donate blood as needed. Each person will end up being different so I have a large stack of ancillaries to take care of all my sides.

No drinking. No smoking. Eating clean as possible but hitting macros.

Let me know if you want my full stack plus ancillaries. So far 8 weeks in and markers are as good as I could hope for.
