Starting my sixth cycle, and it feels different from all the previous ones. First time ordering gear from Driada, and I’m approaching it with more respect and experience than ever before. Past cycles taught me that hype and impatience don’t build muscle—consistency, listening to your body, and smart adjustments do.

The first phase hit fast. Strength came quickly, and the body responded like it hadn’t in years. But with that came awareness—energy spikes, mood swings, and the subtle reminders that pushing too hard too fast always has a cost. I tried to stay mindful, recording not just weights and reps, but how I felt day to day.

Mid-cycle was the real test. Gains slowed, fatigue appeared, and training demanded focus more than raw power. Every set became mental as much as physical. It’s easy to chase numbers in the mirror, but keeping your head straight while under stress—that’s the real challenge. This is when experience really counts, and when the mistakes of past cycles help guide decisions.

Closing weeks pushed endurance, not just muscle. I could feel the grind in my body, but also growth in my discipline. I’ve learned to separate ego from progress. The mirror doesn’t tell the whole story; the real reflection is how you handle the process, stay consistent, and leave the cycle wiser than when you started.

Looking back, this cycle isn’t about being the biggest or the strongest. It’s about mastering the mental game, respecting limits, and documenting lessons that will carry into every future phase. Real growth isn’t in the temporary highs—it’s in the understanding you gain along the way.
