81kg for 5'8" 14% BF, but I'm in the middle of an aggressive cut and I'm waiting to reach 12% before starting to gain mass so the stack will be used at that moment.
10 Years of serious training
I do PPL/UL, 2 rest per week. I hit every muscle 2 times a week. I do 1 dropsets for all isolation movements. My RIR is usually 1 but I go to failure every last set.
My TDEE is around 3000 kcal par day and my macro for 3500kcal will be : 213P 506G 70g L
I'll eat 4 meals a day : fast carbohydrates around training, the rest in carbohydrates such as oatmeal and rice or potatoes. Proteins: eggs, whey, skyr, chicken.Lipid: peanut butter, olive oil, maybe whole milk. And Maltodextrin intra training
E2 is high (90pg/ml) for 200mg test a week no AI (but I'm feeling good / no side) and my Prolactin is in range.
Anabotren (Nice nickname!

)
Now with the extra context, this makes a lot more sense.
10 years training, decent structure, good food setup, realistic surplus… this is already a much more serious approach than most posts here.
That said, I’ll still give you the “coach” perspective:
The stack is strong enough to grow very well. Honestly, with your level and your bodyweight, you do not need more than this to gain quality size if training and digestion are on point.
But there are a few things I would watch closely.
First, your E2 response is already high on only 200 mg test. That tells me you aromatize aggressively regardless of body fat. So jumping to:
400 test
400 NPP
plus Anadrol
can become very estrogenic very quickly.
And remember, NPP is not “neutral” here. Even if prolactin is currently fine, the combination of high E2 + nandrolone is where people start chasing sides with more drugs.
Personally, I would probably:
keep Mast in
slightly lower Test OR NPP initially
and let food do more of the work
Because honestly, your food setup is already enough to grow.
Second point:
Anadrol.
I understand why you want it there, but I don’t love the timing. Using it at weeks 1–2 when glycogen and rebound from the cut are already giving you rapid growth makes it hard to know what’s really happening.
You’re also someone who already responds strongly hormonally, so Anadrol could turn into:
water
BP issues
digestion problems
instead of “quality mass”
I’d honestly save it for later if growth stalls.
Third:
your training.
This is the part I like the most.
High frequency
controlled RIR
failure only on last set
not trying to murder yourself every session
That’s how advanced guys actually grow long term.
Now the most important advice:
Don’t rush the rebound out of the cut.
This is where experienced guys make huge progress or ruin the whole offseason in 4 weeks.
When you hit 12%, don’t suddenly jump into “mass mode”. Slowly increase food, let performance climb, let digestion adapt, and use the stack to support progression, not to force it.
With your experience level, your growth will come from:
performance progression
food execution
recovery capacity
not from constantly adding compounds.
Overall, good setup. I’d just aim for more stability and less “force” early on. You already have enough firepower.
