1.5 months transformation update.
Started this phase at 85kg with the goal of improving body composition while slowly building quality muscle tissue. Main focus was consistency in training, nutrition, recovery, and overall performance.

Current protocol:
200mg Test E weekly
5 IU HGH daily
80mcg Clenbuterol
500mcg SLU-PP-332

Training split:
Push / Pull / Legs / Rest / Upper / Lower / Rest

Nutrition was kept simple at around 2200 kcal daily with high protein intake, controlled fats, and carbs mainly around workouts to maintain performance and recovery while staying lean.

Biggest changes so far:
  • Fuller upper body
  • Better shoulder and arm development
  • Leaner waist appearance
  • Improved conditioning
  • More overall muscle density and fullness
Still far from the final goal, but solid progress for only 1.5 months 🔥💪🏻
