I ended up not using this Somatropin HGH yet, because in the meantime I got some more in liquid form. I'm sure this will be just as great as the previous one I have used. I plan on doing a couple cycles each year to help with visceral fat reduction and keep up youthfulness and regeneration. I'm wary of taking it continuously because of its effects of insulin sensitivity and water retention / blood pressure, I don't want to be exposed to those effects year-round, but otherwise it is really amazing and I don't want to miss on the benefits.

The Telmisartan is great, and I plan to have it always on hand until I can be absolutely certain that my blood pressure is permanently back to low normal where it belongs. I've had very low blood pressure all my life until the recent years, but I've gained a lot of weight and that may have driven it higher. My lifestyle really doesn't justify it being close to 140/90, like it was for a couple years recently. Now, however, it's back to around 116/72, and I've been taking less and less Telmisartan, so I think it may stay stable there again without the help of this wonderful medication.

Regarding the Retatrutide, I already summarised my experiences in another post, so I don't go into much details here. I hope it will solve some of my problems such as lifelong low-level inflammation and extremely slow metabolism. I'm looking forward to see my CRP levels in the next lab result. Weight is slowly going down, but some of the side effects, especially the delayed gastric emptying and slow digestion and its consequences, are horrible. Over 3 mg, I find myself not wanting to do the next injection because on the seventh day, when it finally reaches the half-life, I can have a day of normal digestion, I can reach about 2/3 of my protein goals without having to suffer the next day, and I hate going back into side effects land with indigestion and other disturbances. For a while now I've been taking one third of a 10 mg vial each week. That was all I can deal with, I need a couple days a week without being sick in my stomach. But I'm looking forward to my next lab result, to see if my inflammation and blood lipids have improved. It is also very new that the scale doesn't behave as my enemy any more, and I don't have to starve myself until I collapse; in fact, I've been losing very comfortably, while normally this amount of food, around 1500 kcal, would always lead to weight gain. My macros became way less strict, mostly because it is hard to stomach my usual high protein, high fiber and low calorie diet, I have problems digesting enough protein, so I make up for it with other macros, which I don't like, but I can't force my body. I will raise the dose to 4 mg per week, partly because I stopped losing and also because the glucagon benefits only appear at around 6 mg, and I want to slowly get there to try out what that's like. I expect that 4 mg will also be hard on my digestive system and will require weeks to get used to, but I'm looking forward to losing again, and I'm really curious about the effect on my labs.

Here’s my feedback after wrapping up a cutting run using Yohimbine and L-Carnitine.
Delivery took 11 days total via Standard Shipping, which was completely fine. The package arrived intact and discreet, so I had no reason to contact support. Attached photos show the products and packaging as received.

I ran this stack specifically to assist with a caloric deficit during a cut. Energy levels and sweat rates during cardio sessions were noticeably higher with the Yohimbine, and it helped keep morning hunger down during fasted windows. The L-Carnitine helped keep muscular endurance and training volume up despite the lower calorie intake. Initial side effects were minimal, just a slight increase in heart rate and cold sweats during intense cardio the first few days, which settled down quickly.
Over the run, weight dropped from 78kg down to 75kg while holding onto lean mass. Went from 10% to 7-8% BF. Strength stayed solid throughout the deficit, with my incline bench sitting steady at 100kg x 4. Visually, conditioning tightened up noticeably, especially around stubborn areas.
No bloodwork or before/after photos on hand for this one, but strictly judging by the weight loss, preserved strength, and overall conditioning, it was a solid cutting stack.

I’m going to use this to run my cycle of 1g test for around 6 months. I’m only a month in, but feeling really good.

Last cycle I had anxiety at a lower dosage, but I wasn’t controlling my blood pressure as tightly. This time it seems to be much better, no anxiety yet and my blood pressure is perfect, averaging 120/60.

As I said last time, cycles should be started very very lean. I am around 10% bf this time around, so I’ll have no issues and will be able to keep the cycle going until the end. If you get too fat too early you are going to want to switch to a cut and that's not optimal for building muscle.

I also got a gift of 4 Viagra pills. The Cialis gift gave more total pills but I would rather try the Viagra pre workout, let’s see how it goes! Cialis clogs my nose a bit too much, maybe the Viagra is different. The veins you get are crazy though... if someone tolerates it they are so lucky.

I have to confess that this Test only cycles are a bit boring, but gives me more brain energy to focus on my training and diet, since I don't have to manage anything in my cycle. Everything is already dialed in at 1 month in, so it should be smooth sailing from here. I might add a small dose of an oral at the end, we'll see. It's tempting but I'm quite health conscious so I am still debating it.
