My Dosages: I went with 300mg Test E per week, with every other day subq injections and 20mg Dbol (10mg in the morning, 10mg in the evening). Side effects: After 2 months, I have no side effects at all, except for the following expected ones: Mild - moderate water retention through Dbol (also depends highly on my salt intake! more salt = more bloated) and after about 2-3 weeks on 20mg Dbol/day I felt my nipples getting sensitive. 1 More week and my nipples start to hurt slightly and another week later I got brain fog, which was solved in just 2 days after taking Anastrozol. My desire for food is not elevated that much, that it makes cutting harder, but it did the bulk go better for sure.
I only took Anadrol (50mg) on really hard workout days, and I am MORE than impressed by my strength gains that I made!
I really focused on dumbell hammercurls the most, where I did the most strength gains, so here is my timeline:

My girlfriend and I are currently using Semaglutide. For both of us, the main noticeable effect is reduced appetite and getting full more easily. It makes controlling food intake much simpler, especially avoiding unnecessary snacks and large meals. We did not expect it to completely remove hunger, but it definitely makes dieting easier and more manageable. I am also planning to start a separate log for my girlfriend’s Semaglutide process, where I will share her progress, appetite changes, weight updates and any side effects honestly over time.
I am also using Cagrilintide myself. From my early experience, the appetite suppression feels strong and it helps especially with staying full for longer after eating. I am still testing it and do not want to make big claims too early, but so far it looks useful for appetite control. I will need more time before commenting properly about weight loss or visual changes.
I have also used Cialyn/Tadalafil before. Tadalafil works well for me and gives the expected improvement in erection quality and general blood flow. I also notice easier urination while using it. I did not have any serious side effects, although tadalafil can sometimes cause some nasal congestion for me.
I have not started the Turinabol from this order yet, so I cannot honestly review its strength, weight gain, pumps or side effects. I prefer to update later instead of writing something before actually using it.
In the future I am also thinking about trying Retatrutide, mainly to compare how it feels against Semaglutide and Cagrilintide for appetite control and fat loss. For now I want to give these products enough time first before changing anything.
