Dosage & Duration: I have been running a cruise/mild cycle of 250mg per week for the past 12 weeks.

Anadrolus (Anadrol): 50mg daily as a kickstart for the first 4 weeks.
Well-being & Daily Life:
Appetite: Massive spike within the first week, largely due to the Anadrol. Crushing meals was easy.
Sleep & Energy: Energy in the gym was through the roof. Sleep was mostly solid, though I noticed a bit of elevated body temperature at night.
Mood: High confidence and great focus. The NPP didn't give me any of the mental side effects sometimes associated with 19-nors.
Progress & Visual Changes:
Strength: Incredible strength gains by week 2. My bench and squats went up by 20 kg rapidly.
Weight: Gained about 10kg overall. A good portion was glycogen and water retention early on from the Anadrol, but it filled out my frame massively.

Side Effects:
Typical mild water retention and a slight increase in blood pressure during the Anadrol phase, which subsided after dropping the oral. Controlled estrogen easily with Arimidex. No noticeable PIP (Post-Injection Pain) from either the Cypilos or the Nanphenylos—the oils were very smooth.
