1.5-Year Transformation

City: Amsterdam, The Netherlands


in this 1,5 Year Period like the first 6 months i was not really active in the gym i went like 3 times or less.
But after that i went 4 to 5 times a week. So please don’t hate on my physique or do cus it motivates me more I becoming better.


Starting weight → Current weight:


56 kg (123 lbs) → 76 kg (167 lbs)





Timeframe:


1.5 years





Goal:


Clean bulk





Training:


4–5x per week, tracked everything consistently





Nutrition / Supplements:


Kept track of all meals, focused on protein and balanced macros. ( Little bit of dirty bulking )

Notes (what worked):



  • Staying consistent with training and nutrition
  • Tracking progress carefully
  • Patience—gains come over time, not overnight



What I’d do differently next time:


  • Maybe add a bit more variety in training
  • Focus more on recovery and sleep

Proud of the 20 kg (44 lbs) gain over 1.5 years. Clean bulking consistently really pays off! Sharing this to motivate anyone else grinding for gains.
