Phase 2 Log – Amateur Men's Classic Physique (Up to 86 kg) – Target Weight: September 19, 2026

Starting weight for this phase (March 13): 112 kg (before photos at the end of the post)
Current weight (July 9): 93.8 kg (flat/no carbs)

Any compounds that are not from Driada or Androlex are listed under Other Products at the end of this post.

Pinning days: Tuesday and Friday (Retatrutide on Fridays only).

Orals:
  • Clenbuterol every day.
  • Oxymetholone only on chest and back days (my weakest body parts), together with 500 kcal of fast-digesting carbs split between the pre- and post-workout meals.

Current Protocol

Every day (upon waking)

  • Clenbuterol – 40 mcg
  • Other Products (listed below)

Tuesday & Friday (upon waking)

  • Testosterone Enanthate – 375 mg (1.5 mL)
  • Drostanolone Enanthate – 200 mg (1 mL)
  • Nandrolone Decanoate – 100 mg (0.5 mL)

Friday only (upon waking)

  • Retatrutide – 1.25 mg (0.125 mL)

Other Products

  • Caffeine – 200 mg
  • Aspirin – 250 mg
  • Magnesium – 500 mg

Purpose of Each Compound

Testosterone Enanthate
The foundation of the cycle. Used to maintain anabolic support, preserve muscle mass during prep, sustain strength, recovery, and overall performance while dieting.

Drostanolone Enanthate (Masteron E)
Included to help achieve a harder, drier look as body fat comes down. Also complements the overall anabolic profile during contest prep.

Nandrolone Decanoate (Deca)
Kept at a low dose primarily for joint comfort and training quality while continuing to provide additional anabolic support.

Clenbuterol
Used as a fat-loss aid to support the cutting phase while helping maintain training intensity and energy expenditure.

Oxymetholone (Anadrol)
Used only on chest and back days—my weakest body parts—to maximize training performance and muscle fullness during those sessions, together with a high-carb pre- and post-workout meal.

Retatrutide
Used to improve appetite control and make adherence to the diet easier throughout the prep. The dose may be adjusted according to hunger levels and will be discontinued before the carb-up phase.

Water Intake

  • 1.2 L intra-workout
  • 5 L throughout the day (3 L consumed before lunch).

Diet

  • 2,600 kcal/day, except for the two high-carb days mentioned above.

Cardio

  • At least 60 min standing bicycle every day.

Training Split

  • Chest / Shoulders / Triceps
  • Back / Biceps
  • Arms / Abs
  • Legs
  • Rest day, then repeat

Planned Phase 3 Adjustments

Approximately 30 days out from the competition, we'll begin Phase 3 of the prep.

The plan is to introduce T3 (Triiodothyronine) starting at 25 mcg/day, increasing the dose gradually as needed.

At that point, Oxymetholone will be replaced with oral Stanozolol, and we may also add low doses of Trenbolone Acetate to finish the prep, depending on how conditioning progresses.

The Retatrutide dose will likely be increased if my appetite starts to rise during prep. However, it will be discontinued 15 days before the show to avoid interfering with the carb-up.

As we get closer to show day, Nandrolone Decanoate and Testosterone Enanthate will also likely be removed from the protocol.

Finally, during the last few days before the competition, it may become necessary to introduce diuretics, depending on my condition and how much water I'm holding.

Below are my before-and-after pictures comparing March vs. today.

You can also check my review thread to see the package I brought to the stage at my last competition in 2025, where I competed at 86 kg.

The plan is to stay in the amateur ranks throughout 2026 and make a serious run at earning my IFBB Pro Card in 2027.

Hey brother!!

This is honestly a very exciting prep to follow.

Going from 112 kg in March to 93.8 kg now, while still keeping the goal, structure and mindset clear, already says a lot about your discipline. The plan is serious, the cardio is there, the diet is controlled, and you clearly understand that this is not only about getting smaller, but about bringing the right Classic look.

What I like most is the long-term vision. Staying amateur in 2026, improving the package, learning from this prep, and then making a real run for the IFBB Pro Card in 2027 is exactly the kind of mindset that separates competitors from dreamers.

Keep executing, keep checking the mirror, don’t lose the shape chasing only the scale, and arrive healthy enough to actually show what you built.

I genuinely wish you the best with this prep, brother.

I hope 2027 is the year you bring that Pro Card home!!
