16-Week Test/Tren/Anavar Log – Lean Recomp & Bloodwork

Back 16-Week Test/Tren/Anavar Log – Lean Recomp & Bloodwork

Here's everything I was running during this cycle. Photos of the products are below.

Cycle length: 16 weeks

I started conservatively and increased the injectables gradually instead of jumping straight to the higher doses.

Compounds

  • Sustanon (Testosterone): Base of the cycle, ranging between 200 and 350 mg/week depending on the stage of the cycle.
  • Trenbolone Acetate: 50–105 mg/week, increased gradually over the course of the cycle.
  • Anavar: 50 mg/day, with most of the daily dose taken pre-workout on training days.
  • Retatrutide: Started at 1 mg/week and slowly titrated up to 3 mg/week over several weeks to improve tolerability and manage appetite.
I also had anastrozole on hand in case estrogen became an issue, but I never ended up needing it. My estradiol stayed within a comfortable range throughout the cycle, so I didn't have to introduce an AI.

Overall, I was very happy with the physical results. My bodyweight only increased slightly, but the body recomposition was excellent. I looked noticeably leaner, fuller, and harder, with much better muscle definition while keeping body fat under control.

I recently had bloodwork done, and my liver enzymes and lipid panel came back worse than I was comfortable with. Because of that, I decided to stop the Anavar and return to a TRT dose of testosterone to give my body time to recover and allow my health markers to improve before considering another blast.

The cycle delivered the physique changes I was aiming for, but I don't think it's worth pushing forward when the bloodwork indicates it's time to back off.

Hi Arthuuur!

Nice work, brother.

First of all, I really respect that you decided to stop the blast when the bloodwork told you to instead of trying to force a few more weeks. That’s the mindset that keeps people in the game for years!!!

Looking at the labs, most things are actually in a good place. Blood count, kidneys, glucose and inflammation all look fine. The main thing I’d keep an eye on is the lipid panel. HDL has taken quite a hit and LDL has climbed compared to your previous tests. Your liver enzymes also jumped quite a bit, although it’s good to see you recognized it and dropped the Anavar.

Overall, I think you made the right call. Recover properly, let the markers normalize, then think about the next blast. Health first, muscle second.

That’s how you keep progressing year after year!!

Welcome to the contest and thanks for sharing!!
