Be careful with peptides, which take a few weeks (2/3 with Sema, with Reta, which takes 3/4 weeks to reach a stable level in the blood). DO NOT rush because when they hit, Reta raises heart rate, blood pressure, nausea, headaches...
I was on Sema 1mg, but it really took away my hunger. I went down to 0.5 and added 1mg of Reta the first week and 2mg the following week.
By the third week, I lost 3 kilos (a lot of water...) in just 3 days, and I felt bad, dehydrated, had a heavy stomach, dizziness, and headaches... (with simple electrolytes and carbohydrates, I recovered...)
I've been on it for 6 weeks and I'm already doing well, losing 600/800g per week, with no negative effects. I can eat enough to avoid catabolizing too much... In 2 months, I'll be at 8/10% of BF.
I'll start 16 weeks of testosterone with 2.5g of Reta to see how it goes.
**After three surgeries and four years without training at all, eating poorly, drinking beer, and being 52 years old... I was at 25/30% BF, and the truth is, Peptides are a different story, a thousand times better than DNP, T3/4, Triacana, Clemb, etc.
Be patient to avoid bad times; they'll definitely hit you, and you'll see your BF drop.
Best regards
