Hey members,
Just starting a log to document my progress over the course of my next push up phase until mid 2026 getting ready for my first ever competition.

Current stats:
- 28 years old
- no comp experience
- 180cm
- 100kg

I just finished a cutting phase coming from 110kg down to 100kg right now which I am very happy with. Currently I am cruising on TRT, which for me is 120mg Test E per week and I am just waiting for current blood work, which I got yesterday.

In terms of PEDs I can say right away that I am always a advocater of "less is often more" or "get the most out of the least". I just did 2 "cycles" until now and my highest every weekly dose including all compounds, which were just Test and Primo was 450mg per week. I see too many guys just pushing the gear without nailing training, nutrition and recovery 100%.
The plan now is to hold this body composition until hopefully Primo is available again from Driada, otherwise I'll have to re-design my planned stack or use another source which I can still source primo from.

I plan to start with 400-450mg per week and increase dose slightly every 8-10 weeks. The complete push up phase should last 20-30 weeks depending on how I feel, body composition and blood work.
Also I don't want to be too aggressive with food increments this time to not get too fat too quickly, which will just cause more side effects from the gear and end my push up phase sooner than I want to.

Main focus of the push up will be the upper body since my lower body is still pretty dominant.

Current food intake which maintains my weight:
- 4250 calories per day
-600 carbs
-250 protein
-80 fat

Current training schedule (Monday-Sunday):
-Pull and Hams
- Push
- Rest (30mins cardio)
- Pull
- Legs
- Push
- Rest (30mins cardio)
Repeat

First planned PED elevation from TRT will be 300 Test E and 150 Primo per week split into 3-4 injections.

I will post update photos every few weeks and try to catch the same lighting everytime. I always make a posing video and just take out screenshots. The screenshots always look blurred compared to the video, which shows the body comp way better, don't know why. But should be sufficient to see changes over time.

Any questions about anything just feel free to post them here (:

Great week of training done, made progress in almost every single lift while bodyweight stabilizes around 100-101kg.
Just ordered some Primo from @Driadashop which was finally back in stock so I can start the off season officially in the next weeks.

Recent blood work also looks good, just started implementing 40mg Telmisartan daily since blood pressure is always a bit higher for me and I definetely want to control that during the push up phase. Most likely this will go up to 80mg daily over the course of the off season.

I'm curious to see your physical evolution. You have, as I have already said, a very good shape.

It will be interesting 😏

This is a really clean start for a push-up phase, man. Coming down from 110 to 100 and holding solid condition shows you’ve got discipline locked in before even thinking about upping gear. Cruising on 120 mg and waiting for bloodwork before you make moves… smart. Too many guys just blast blind, and you’re proving patience pays off.

The whole “less is more” approach you’re taking is refreshing to see to be honest.

Sticking with Primo and Test, maxing out training, food, and recovery before bumping dose… this is the type of mindset that actually builds a physique that lasts. Starting at 300 Test + 150 Primo and creeping up every 8–10 weeks is controlled growth, not a YOLO blast. Respect!!.

Food plan looks great too. Though 4250 with that carb load is perfect fuel for your split, especially since you’re keeping cardio in, focusing the push on upper body makes sense if legs are already dominant… you’ll end up with a much more balanced look by the time you step on stage (we can see that from your pics!)

Pics and posing already look awesome. Even with the screenshots being a bit blurry, the structure, conditioning, and symmetry come across really well. You can see the detail in your back and shoulders especially… it’s obvious you’ve been putting in consistent work. The posing videos must look fire if the screenshots already show this much (WHAT ABOUT ADDING A CLIP FOR SHARK!? 😬)

Only thing I’d fine-tune is making sure you don’t underfeed once the Primo comes in. The temptation to stay lean is strong, but if you match those doses with slow, smart food increments, you’ll pack on quality size without blurring lines too soon.

Overall, killer start. You’ve got the mindset, the plan, and the presentation dialed in. If this is your “just getting started” condition, you’re going to look nasty by mid-2026 when you hit that first stage.

Keep rocking!!!

Shark!
