Starting / Final Weight:

Started at 117kg, currently at 122kg.

Goal / Context:
Started the cycle in February with the goal of improving overall well-being, recovery, strength, and body composition while cutting weight. Currently still running the cycle and making steady progress.

Protocol / Compounds Used:
  • Testosterone Enanthate — 500mg weekly
  • Anastrozole — 0.25mg weekly
  • Pinning every 2 days
Experience / Notes:

So far the experience has been very positive overall. Energy levels improved noticeably, libido increased, and the brain fog I used to deal with is mostly gone. I generally feel more focused, motivated, and mentally clear throughout the day.

Training performance and recovery have also improved a lot. Even while losing weight, I’ve been able to maintain strength very well and continue progressing in the gym. Sleep and appetite stayed stable, and overall mood has been positive during the cycle.

Even Hit 190KG on the Bench while cutting 🙌🏻

Bloodwork has been looking good so far, especially considering the dosage. Estradiol feels controlled with the low-dose Anastrozole, and I haven’t experienced any major issues or side effects besides slightly elevated hematocrit, which is expected on this amount of testosterone.

One thing that worked extremely well for me during this cycle was increasing training intensity and staying consistent. High intensity training gave me the best results overall, especially for strength, recovery, and maintaining muscle while cutting weight. Eating clean also made a huge difference in my energy levels, recovery, and overall physique changes. Staying disciplined with training, diet, hydration, and recovery was probably one of the biggest reasons I’ve had such a positive experience so far.

What worked well:
  • High intensity training
  • Staying consistent with workouts
  • Eating clean and staying disciplined
What I’d do differently:
I’d probably focus even more on hydration, cardio, and regular bloodwork from the beginning to keep everything as optimized as possible during the cycle.
