im 19 years old and i started this cycle 450test 225eq in december 2025 at this time i was 90kg and ended with 85kg but more lean and bigger, i ended this cycle after 20weeks with completely clean bloodwork without any problems, i had little bit rised ldl chol. but i solved it with RYR and it went back to normal, my nutrition was clean with one cheat meal a week, daily i was eating 3200kcal 240g protein, 500g carbs.
hey mate!
First thing: please post photos if you want serious feedback. Front, side and back, relaxed and posed, same lighting if possible. Saying you went from 90 kg to 85 kg but leaner and bigger sounds good, but without pictures it’s impossible to judge how much was fat loss, recomposition, water change or actual tissue gained.
I’d also need more details before giving a real opinion: height, current body fat estimate, training age, current lifts, exact injection frequency, AI use if any, blood pressure during the cycle, hematocrit, HDL, LDL, liver/kidney markers, estradiol, prolactin, and whether you are cruising now or fully came off.
Now, being honest: at 19, 450 Test + 225 EQ for 20 weeks is not a small cycle. The fact that bloodwork looked “clean” is good, but it doesn’t mean the cycle was harmless. EQ can be sneaky because hematocrit, blood pressure and lipids can drift slowly, and LDL being elevated is already a sign that your system did take some impact.
RYR helping LDL is fine, but don’t use that as permission to keep pushing. The goal is not just to fix markers after they move. The goal is to understand why they moved, how hard they moved, and whether your body can tolerate another run without slowly stacking damage.
So yes, good job if you ended leaner, stronger and with mostly stable labs. But before planning anything else, post the physique, post the actual bloodwork numbers, and explain what you’re doing now. At your age, the smartest move is not more compounds. It’s learning exactly how your body reacts before you make your next decision.
