1. Starting Stats:
Have used that advanced cyle 15 times. I am a Driada customer since the beginning and can really say :
It works every time. I am a competing Powerlifter & Strongman since 17 years.

Age : 36
Weight : before 92 kg / after : 98 kg
Height : 1,86
Goal of the cycle : gaining 30-45 kg to the old PR / personal record in the discipline deadlift, bench press or squat, up to 5 kg more lean mass, slight preventive water retention

2. Driada PED's protocol :

Total duration is 12 weeks

Week 1-2 :
Sustalad 500 mg/week
Tremilad 300 mg/week
Dinabolyn ( Kickstarter ) 60 mg/ED
Arimidyn ( against estrogenic side effects ) 0,5 mg/week
Tudca ( liver support ) 4 Caps
Caberos ( against bad prolactine ) 0,5 mg/week

Week 3-6 :
Sustalad 750 mg/week (works perfect with its short and long esther Testosterone together with short and long esther Tren)
Tremilad 450 mg/week
Arimidyn ( against estrogenic side effects ):0,5 mg/week
Tudca ( liver support ) 4 Caps
Caberos ( against bad prolactine ) 0,5 mg/week

Week 6-11
Sustalad 1g/week (works perfect with its short and long esther Testosterone together with short and long esther Tren)
Tremilad 600 mg/week
Anadrolus 150 mg/ED ( works synergistic together with Tren so no estrogenic side effects possible anymore )
Tudca ( liver support ) 4 Caps
Caberos ( against bad prolactine ) 0,5 mg/week

Week 12 (meet / competition week)
Sustalad 1,5 g week (works perfect with its short and long esther Testosterone together with short and long esther Tren)
Tremilad 800 mg/week
Anadrolus 200- 250 mg/ED ( works synergistic together with Tren so no estrogenic side effects possible anymore )
Tudca ( liver support ) 4 Caps
Caberos ( against bad prolactine ) 0,5 mg/week

3. Training & Nutrition:

4 days of special Westside Barbell competition routine. Less volume and discipline weight peaking in 3 waves.
First day is the Max efford lower day. Day 2 Dynamic efford lower day. Day 3 Max efford efford upper day. Day 4 Dynamic efford upper day. Splitted into the complete week with 1 - 2 rest days in between.
Nutrition is depending on the individual need from the athlete. I need 5000 daily for that cycle ( stats above )
Supplements are : Creatine ( Creakong from Mutant) , Mass Gainer ( Monster Mass from Mutant for postworkout) DMAA Booster ( preworkout )
Magmesium ( 500 mg ED )

4. Progress of that cycle:

It works everytime really good and in the same way.
No change needed.
Can move & handle up to 30-50 kg more weight in the competition discipline. Also 5-6 kg lean mass too. Because of the used PED's you have to do a blood check and a classic PCT. You can repeat that cycle earliest timepoint 12-24 weeks later.
Crush your PR with that cycle !
Attached a Pic from my last competition. Got the 1st place in that championship.

very interessting !

So you compete in the 100Kg class , and RAW in gthis competition ?

What lifts do you plan ?

Wish you all the best !
Regards,
Yes in the 100 kg class in RAW bench and 1 Ply Deadlift.

RAW bench: 215 + kg that year / next season 232,5 kg to crush the alltime record

1 Ply DL : something over 290/ 310 kg that year and 315-320 kg to crush the alltime german record.
Also attacking then the international record.

Thanks mate, keep you updated here

You need to make a proper training plan, not increase anabolic doses 🤯🤯🤯
Regards,

Its a classic ADVANCED PED cycle for Pro's.
Nothing for amateurs or beginners. Like every advanced cycle is written.
So thats why you have this amount of PED's in a 12 week preparation.
Several mates, clients in my coaching team have tested this cycle with huge gains & 1. + 2. places in their competitions. They are like me in this way too. Only victory counts with health screening before and after the cycle. Proper diet is standard.
I train since decades with the Conjugate System (WESTSIDE Barbell) so as you know its very complex and special. Have to write 2 blogs then.
The Admin want a very good and tested Log cycle - so he get it from me. But its for me the overall running system. If you want a detailed training update and a in detail training plan - wait a few weeks - I will go in my next preparation.
Will keep you updated.

if you had to choose one compound thats the best for you, one that is the worst and one thats suprisingly good what would they be?

just curious about other peoples experiences

Regards,
Best compound : Tremilad ( Tri Tren ) for strength & Mentolad ( Trestolone ) in the off season for mass, overall performance enchancer & perfect mood / libido ratio as well.
Awesome 19 Nor ( maybe the best 19 Nor )

Worst compound : Boldedad ( Boldenone ) and Nandecos ( Deca ) doesn't work for me in any way.

I understand that your training plan is in a percentage-based table. Back in 2013–2015, I remember when I was very young, we trained in an underground gym where everyone knew each other. My future coach, who was also my friend, kept the total dosage of all substances under 1 gram, and at the European Championship he bench-pressed 240 kg and took first place. He was even invited to join the national weightlifting team, but he refused because of his family.

At that time, there was a well-structured training system. Even now, very few people truly understand how to find the right approach—how to train fast-twitch muscle fibers and slow-twitch ones, whether with wooden beams or chains. That’s why, when I see such huge dosages of substances, it honestly scares me a bit, because I personally know people who, without any pharmacology, and weighing only 60–70 kg, can bench 120–150 kg—and these are young guys around 20 years old.

So, it’s very important to understand what you’re doing. I’m glad that everything is going well for you, and I would be really interested to see your training plan. It would be fascinating to learn about your cycles of heavy and light days, as well as the exercises you use.

@musclereich_lex_ander,

i have seen you are not using any HGH in your cycle, can you explain ?

it does not help you recover after heavy training sessions ?

Or do you simply don´t need it with this amount of other stuff ?
Regards,
HGH isn't necessary in our pro powerlifting cycles ( stacked ).
However, in powerlifting and strongman, HGH is the most effective tool when an injury occurs. Then the affected muscle group is treated with HGH for two months, allowing it to fully regenerate.

So, not in cycles. For recovery from injuries or excessive strain, yes.

I myself have successfully used Driada HGH for a shoulder injury.

I'll emphasize again: this is a cycle for PRO athletes who have been actively powerlifting at the highest level for years, even decades, and who have smashed even the biggest plateaus with it. Therefore, athletes who can bench press 230-300+ RAW 300-350 + EQ and deadlift 320-400+ ( RAW + EQ )

Also, not athletes who are just 20 years old.

I will also run this cycle again for my next competition and will report weekly in my log. Specifically, every 4-5 training days, including all the heavy and light days (videos, gains), technique, light days, and assistance, which must be included in every workout for bench presses and deadlifts. You'll be there "live" week after week.

BPC-157 + TB-500?
Never used them or tested many Sarms. Only GRP-2 and GRP-6 with slight results that was it.
For me only PED"s are working Well for my goals.

I want to see your old exercises and training program — how you trained, what your cycle weeks looked like, what your progression was, and your old plan.
First of all I will run this cycle again for my upcoming competition preparation ( as mentioned ).
There I will show the complete community my weekly routine, progress, increase in strength & mass gaining during the next 3 months also the perfect synergistic work from all included DRIADA PED's & product explanations & logs.
There you will see every week my training routine also ( light and hard ).
If you want to learn from my iron wisdom - we can could talk about a slot in my team.
You questions are complete outside this log so.
My time is also limited.
