I’d like to ask — when you’re cutting or going through a serious shred phase, how do you deal with food and appetite? For example, when you’re eating clean and trying to hit around 2.5–3g of protein per kg, but you just have no appetite — what do you do?
Do you check your thyroid? Do you ever add T3/T4?
If you do — what kind of dosages have worked for you? I’d really like to hear about different approaches, maybe try something new myself.
Maybe you make smoothies with digestion aids, or add probiotics to every meal?
Would love to hear your experiences, stories, or tips.
Thanks!

No appetite during a calorie deficit? 😁
So enjoy it ! And does favor liquid food.

Otherwise the Mk677 remains to be hungry...

I've had that for a long time, lately I've been trying to force myself to get three solid meals in, but for years I was just drinking protein shakes. Liquid is much easier to consume even when you can't eat, and it also adds to your water intake. With three shakes a day I was getting 1.5 liters of water already, that's half of what I like to drink daily. Although on the long term it's better to just have real food protein sources with plenty of veggies each time, instead of all those additives. But as long as you can't eat and need more protein, shakes are easy, especially unflavoured grass fed whey.
Honestly, I wouldn't mess with appetite inducing drugs, especially on a cut.
