I would like to ask what you recommend during a diet to maintain — or possibly build — muscle mass?





I am a 42-year-old woman, 70 kg, 170 cm tall.


Currently, I am planning to diet for 6 weeks, and afterward, I would like to focus on increasing muscle mass.


My diet is in order — I have a meal plan — and I train 5 times a week.
