I would like to ask what you recommend during a diet to maintain — or possibly build — muscle mass?





I am a 42-year-old woman, 70 kg, 170 cm tall.


Currently, I am planning to diet for 6 weeks, and afterward, I would like to focus on increasing muscle mass.


My diet is in order — I have a meal plan — and I train 5 times a week.

For a long time in sports, I do naturally, the direction of bodybuilding.
I decided to find out how much negative consequences the use of Oxandrolone tableted and Primabolan injected can have on a woman of my age.
I need information about whether the average dosages (Oxandrolone 10 mg and Primabolan 200 mg per week) is really fraught with negative consequences in the long run: irreversible coarsening of the voice and loss of hair on the head?
