Hi!
I am cycling steroids for 2 years now. With PCT and bloodwork after the cycles. At the beginning as little as 250mg of test E and 10mg of RAD 140 gave me extraordinary results. My gains were good, my strength skyrocketed and I felt the sides too (pressure in my head, sleeping disorders, acne, little bit of gyno - reversible). It worked. After a few cycles with test, deca and rad/lgd I went up with doses (last time 700mg of test E, 600mg of deca, 0,5 mg arimidex) and it felt like nothing. My strength and my size is just the same as it was during my very first cycle. I am working harder than ever, my sleep and my diet is the same…maybe better. So…my question is: wth is going on? I am training harder, practically tripled the PED dose and objectively (measured body size with tape measure and body fat percentage are the same. As is my weight.) Practically no side effects (maybe a little bit of high blood pressure but good sleep, no acne etc). What I am doing wrong? PEDS manufacturer the same.

Hi,

Your question is another reminder that I need to write an article about this.

A quick summary of my response to your post: More doesn't mean better. This applies to both dosages and training.

Let's figure this out step by step. Please answer these questions first:
  1. Age, height, weight
  2. How many years have you been training?
  3. How many cycles have you done, and what compounds and dosages did you use?
  4. Which of those cycles gave you results?
  5. Send a photo of your current physique.
  6. Do you get any blood tests done?
  7. Have your strength levels changed during this cycle?

bro, this sounds more like a hypertrophy plateau than a lack of anabolics. 700mg testosterone and 600mg deca already provide a great anabolic stimulus, but muscle growth still depends on nutrition, training progression and recovery. if your diet hasn't changed and your body weight remains stable, you are simply eating at maintenance. i'd start with a 300 calorie daily surplus and track your weekly weight average. i'd also review your Arimidex dosage and frequency, since excessive estradiol suppression can negatively affect recovery, libido and joint health, potentially causing stiffness and discomfort. your previous head pressure and sleep disturbances could also be related to elevated blood pressure, so i'd monitor that also.
