Hi Vanm!

That’s a serious transformation in terms of scale weight, but I’d be careful calling all 25 lbs “muscle gain”.

A lot of people underestimate how much weight comes from glycogen, water, intracellular fluid and food volume when running Dianabol, Anavar and a calorie surplus at the same time. That doesn’t mean the gains aren’t real, just that not all of them are contractile muscle tissue.

A few things stand out to me:

30 g fat per day is extremely low for a 12-week growth phase. Personally I’d bring that up. Health, digestion, hormone production and long-term sustainability tend to benefit from having a bit more dietary fat.

20-30 g creatine daily is also far above what most people need. After saturation, you’re mostly creating expensive urine. I’d rather use a standard maintenance dose and put the effort elsewhere.

The other thing is recovery. Heavy every day, every set, sounds hardcore, but after enough years in the gym you realize growth comes from progressive overload plus recovery, not from turning every session into a war.

Also, with Tren, Mast, Test, Dianabol and Anavar together, I’d be watching:
blood pressure
hematocrit
HDL
sleep quality
digestion

more closely than bodyweight.

Overall though, if you gained 25 lbs, stayed healthy, performance went up and bloodwork remained acceptable, then clearly something worked. I’d just encourage people reading this not to focus on the scale alone. The quality of the gains and the condition you maintain at the end of the cycle matter far more than the number itself.

One last thing: thanks for mentioning HDL and LDL. That’s probably the most valuable sentence in the whole post. Too many people obsess over muscle gain and completely ignore the markers that will determine whether they can keep doing this sport 10 years from now.
