Hello, See this core in the photo? It sucks. Let's see if we can change that.

Did Semaglutide before and it killed all my hunger cravings, but I wasn't exercising at all with it and did zero dieting.

So, let's see what happens when I eat right, supplement, and exercise daily on top of a larger starting dose of Semaglutide.

Goal is 20 lbs in 4 weeks with consistent effort.

I have no idea how to do most online-oriented things, but here goes nothing. I'm going to use the format given, since it helps me. Thank you for bearing with me.

Anyway, you can see my core is just awful, but if you look down at my legs you can see I am muscular and tone there. My calves are like rocks.

Everyone knows women struggle with the core weight, but I'm going to crush this core if it's the last thing I do.

Did 1 week of full exercise (as per below schedule) previous to starting to get primed for the shred.

Would love any feedback. Will post front facing updates along with side shots.

Very open to any suggestions or new things to take to help me out.

Hi dude.

It's a very good thing to want to add diet and physical activity this time.

The best thing to do without getting into a bodybuilder diet (which is not your goal) is to keep track of the calories you consume.
Use an app that can do this, try to really write everything down and gets a weekly average.

Why ?
Because it allows you to have data and a basis on which to act to evolve over the weeks.
If after 10-15 days the weight has not decreased, that's what you'll act on. And not on the increase of a product (which is only the tool to help you get through this cutting phase)

And even for later so as not to regain all the fat lost, you will have visibility on what you consume

Hey! Thank you so much. I'm a dudette. :) I will definitely try to find one I can use easily. Right now, I'm doing a vegan diet. I am usually a vegetarian, but for now I am cutting bad carbs (bread, pasta) and dairy, for a clean all vegetable/grain/nut juice diet. So far as of this morning, pre-Semaglutide, I have lost 8 pounds which is 3.6 kilos. I wanted to try to shave-down as many excess pounds/kilos as I could before starting my first dose to give myself a head start.

I also am not fully vegan as sometimes I take marine collagen, but I have to get a new brand. Why do they insist on putting flavors into collagen? I can't find one that isn't flavored with fake fruit flavors. I have 'mango' and it tastes like battery acid.

Thank you for the tips so much. I just want to shave this frame and core down, so sick of all the fat pockets everywhere.

Attaching pics after this morning's workout. What do you think? Do I have a chance to get lean and trim? Anything else I can do? Is it hopeless, should I be doing other things?

I had one follow-up question. How do you know how many calories you should have? Meaning, when you want to 'shred' off fat, but you workout daily. What is that 'sweet spot' of caloric intake, that you need? Is it a standard amount, or do you figure it by height/starting weight, or does it more pertain to your workout schedule and routine?

Thank you for any advice, it's hard for newbies to find the right info. Glad I found this forum, because everyone is so knowledgeable.

Great cylce, anyway why are you doing a vegan diet? It isn't optimal for your hormones... Eat Meat, eggs, fish and fruit, carrots, tomatoes, rice, potatoes (normal and sweet). That's the best diet you can do in your situation..

Thank you but I can't. I know for non-vegetarians it makes no sense, but for me it would be like eating human children. I could add eggs I think, I could do that. Rice and potatoes is carbs that pack on fat. I definitely eat sweet potatoes. I am trying to lose as much weight as I can off my frame.

Ok, if that's an etichal reason, even if i may not it share i still respect your opinion, anyway carbs dont pack on fat. Carbs are needed to restore glycogen in your muscle.. calorie surplus pack on fat, thats it. Also low carb diet increase cortisol, the stress hormon: That's what keep you fat..

OH! I didn't know that. Thank you for telling me. I do eat sweet potatoes because I know they have good nutrients.

Hi dudette 😁 (sorry for that)

To answer quickly, there is hope, do not doubt that.

It's mainly the laws of thermodynamics. You have to burn more than you consume

The trap especially in a woman is to end up with three carrots and a salad, 900kcal the period cut and the body completely locked...
So really, before thinking about the best product or the best program or what type of diet to do, you have to track calories.
There is no perfect number that works for everyone. It depends on you, your body, your metabolism, your lifestyle, etc.

But let's say that 2000-2300kcal is a starting point for you. Stays like this for 2-3 weeks. Every 5 days you weigh yourself and you write it down somewhere. It's just to follow up and assess the trend.

If the average is down, it doesn't touch anything continuously. If it goes up it's too many calories you remove 20%. If your weight hasn't moved, then you've found your caloric maintenance. You removed 10% NO MORE. And every 7-10 days you see if you have to withdraw 5-10%.

Do not be over focus on physical changes or balance. Take your time, don't rush.

Vegan or not... I was "vegan" for a long time for ethic reason with whey and egg. And juste for a fit and healthy body it's work very well.
Now I'm way more muscular and in less good health lol. But it's my choice.

And above all, don't touch the hormones T3 and T4. It's a shitty idea that can ruin your health in the long run.
