Cholesterin help

Hello together!

I‘ve a problem, my Cholesterin markers are about hdl 35 and ldl of 73. how can i get the good one higher, i tested narcin, Omega 3, more good fats but it wont Go up. I wanted to start with anavar but i have big respect to the cardio System. Can anyone give me some tips?

Red rice yeast will help, cardio helps a lot too.

But don’t expect any miracle…

Welcome to the food test, your cholesterol will sink every time. Is normal.

By the way… anavat is one of the most cholesterol agresive PEDs, so beware if you are to manage it up again

I dont want to take anavar before I got my Cholesterin in range. Hope it will not take that long
