Today was arms&abs (i call it accessory workout) did a ton of volume and short rests, i really enjoy doing this workout once or twice a week and i found that combining it with cardio burns a ton of calories, actually (almost more than a heavy leg day).
By the way I've started using liquid HGH (at 3 IU before bed) and first thing i noticed is the sleep improvement, i sleep like a baby now and i wake up hungry AF, but i can manage that with semaglutide and a balanced diet (yes i'm still working on improving my diet since i really messed up the last month due to tren thoughs and hunger).
Physique is improving and I'm feeling leaner, and that's what i want for now.
