Just wanted to throw my recent blast results in here. I was looking to pack on some serious sheer mass before locking down a cleaner lean bulk for the rest of the year.
Honestly, the sheer speed of the weight gain was wild. Within the first ten days, my muscles looked completely blown up and full, even though I knew a massive chunk of that initial weight jump was straight water retention being pulled into the cells. The strength gains were unreal—my bench press and squat numbers flew up week after week, and the gym energy was through the roof.
However, the side effects hit just as fast. My blood pressure spiked pretty early on, leaving me with random headaches, and the lower back pumps during deadlifts got borderline painful.
What I’d do differently: Next time, I would manage the water retention much stricter right from the start through diet (watching the sodium/carb ratios closer) and definitely keep the cycle strictly capped at a shorter duration instead of 6 weeks. The liver strain and lethargy toward the final week just weren't worth the extra days.
- Age: 26
- Starting Weight: 182 lbs (82.5 kg)
- Final Weight: 196 lbs (89 kg)

- Standard base supplements (Whey, Creatine, Omega-3s)
- Liver support (TUDCA/NAC) and an AI on hand
