-Goal-
Boost my overall wellbeing and maybe start to work out

Protocol


  • In total I have been using propionate and cypionate for four months now.
  • Propionate is used as an quick starter until it gets replaced by the cypionate
Propionate 100mg/every two days
After
Switching to cypionate 250mg of that every two weeks.

I also have chronic high blood pressure and take candesartane 8mg for that in the morning.
And I have ADHD which gets treated with an atomoxetine capsule a day.

3. Training & Nutrition

Since my goal is not necessarily getting jacked, I have zero training history so far.

4. Progress & Notes


  • I lost 15 kg in body fat just by supplementing testosterone.
  • Slightly higher blood pressure
  • Feeling good in my body and mind, which was always hard for me.
  • Maybe split the injection into two sides to reduce the pain after injection.
-Updates-
As said I already lost 15kg body fat and went from 95 kg to 80kg. I slowly start to feel like cutting and working out. Here is the progress so far:

First of all… that’s a big change. Dropping from 95 to 80 is no joke, especially if you weren’t training. You clearly did something right in terms of consistency and getting your life a bit more in order.

But I’ll be honest with you, because it matters here.

You didn’t lose 15 kg of fat “because of testosterone”. Test can help with mood, energy, maybe appetite control… but that drop came from eating less, moving more, or just changing habits without realizing it. That’s actually a good thing, it means your body responds well when things are aligned.

Right now the key point is this:

you’re in a great position to start training properly.

Don’t overthink it. You don’t need a crazy plan.

Keep it simple

Focus on learning the movements, building consistency and just getting used to training. That alone will change your physique more than anything else at this stage.

About your protocol, I’d simplify that too. Cypionate every two weeks is not ideal, levels will swing a lot. Splitting it into smaller, more frequent injections will usually make you feel more stable.

Also keep an eye on your blood pressure. You already have a history there and test can push it up slightly, like you noticed.

You’ve done the hard part already, which is dropping the weight. Now it’s time to actually build something on top of that.

Start training, keep it consistent, and in a few months you’ll look and feel like a completely different person.
