It definitely makes sense to start with minimal doses and increase them only if progress stops. More precisely, when progress stops, you should first review your diet and training process, and only after that increase the dosages. There should be some kind of synergy between the dosages and what you’re asking your body to do. But we’ll get to that a little later.
I would actually recommend cutting down to 105 kg first (ideally to 100 kg), because then you’ll start your cycle in good shape without excess weight, and firstly, you’ll be able to see every kilogram of muscle you gain. Under a layer of fat, you simply won’t notice the progress as clearly. Secondly, for your body to progress in muscle growth, it needs to get enough resources in the form of energy. And that means your diet can’t be low-calorie.
With this approach, you’ll get the most out of the cycle. And yes, you’ll probably gain some fat, that’s most likely unavoidable, but firstly, that fat will be distributed over more muscle mass and you’ll look completely different, and secondly, after the cycle you can keep your test dose slightly above the physiological level, for example 180 mg per week, and add Reta. Over 4–6 weeks, you can lose the extra fat you gained during the cycle. In the end, you’ll get what you want.
If you start the cycle now, you most likely won’t lose much fat and you’ll gain less muscle mass.
What I’m saying isn’t an absolute rule, I’m just suggesting an approach that I see as more optimal.
