Ich fange gerade an und bei mir steht auf meinen Plan 1 mg Telmisartan pro Tag aber eine Tablette hat 20 mg .. und ich habe noch fett in der Brust was muss ich beachten bei meinem Circle ?

Hi Hassn,

I assume that when you mentioned 1 mg, you meant pitavastatin, while telmisartan is 20 mg because that’s usually the minimum dosage.

Please send a photo of your current shape, it will help with putting together the protocol.

Oh, okay. 👍 Can I send you the photo directly, or do I have to post it here?

Yep just send it here please. You can send without face if you want

Ich habe vor halben Jahr 133 kg gewogen ich wiege jetzt 114 Problem an der Brust habe ich schon seit dem ich klein bin

Thanks for attaching the photo and sending the plan.
  1. Could you send your blood test results here?
  2. Please tell me what your goal is for this cycle.
  3. Weight, height, age
  4. How long have you been training?
I’d suggest a few adjustments, but first please answer the questions above. I’d like to know a little more about you.

I haven't had any blood work done yet because I'm still natural; I want to lose fat and build more muscle. I weigh 114 kg and am 1.77 m tall. I’ve been training for a while and have been in much better shape in the past, but unfortunately, I was injured last year and couldn't train for a full year; I gained weight and reached 133 kg—mostly fat. I’ve been training hard again since May, and I want to start this plan—which I got from you guys—after my vacation.

Okay, I understand. Tell me, how is your diet? Are you getting around 2 g of protein per kg of body weight? Of course, at your weight I don’t mean 266 g, but around 180–200 g.

Regarding the injury — have you already dealt with it, or is it still bothering you? I would take that into account before starting the cycle.

Did you lose the weight through diet alone or with the help of GLP-1s like Reta/Tirza or Sema?

Yes, I easily eat 266g of protein, up to 300g. My arm is fine again. To be honest, no doctor could help me. The only thing that really helped was B PC 157 + TB 500. I've been taking it since May, sorry, I forgot to mention Reta and Mots C, on and off for 6 weeks. My blood pressure is 118 SY 82 DIS PUL 77.

Very interesting about your arm — was it a tendon issue?

Your blood pressure is excellent!(y)

Why do you use Reta for 6 weeks rather than longer? What’s the reason? And how much weight have you lost during the last 6 weeks of using it?

Here’s what I’m thinking — you can start the cycle now, but at your current weight you’ll get bigger and heavier on cycle anyway. You’ll most likely have some water retention, and at first you won’t necessarily look better because of that.

I’d suggest getting down to at least 105 kg.

To gain muscle mass, you’ll have to eat more one way or another, so it’s better to be leaner before starting the cycle. That’s the basic recommendation. If you were doing powerlifting and cared less about your appearance, then the situation would be different.

Exactly—I had tendonitis; I don't take the Retatrutide for just six weeks, but continuously. I take Mots-C for six weeks and then take a six-week break. I weighed myself again today. I weigh 113 now, so I’ve lost 20 kilos between April and October 👍. I want to burn fat and build muscle—that’s why I’m using Testo, Primo, and HGH. I think that way I can build muscle and lose fat more effectively; it makes things easier. I mean, there are only eight kilos left to go, so it should happen faster. One more question: should I perhaps take less testosterone at the start, leave out the hCG for now, keep the Primo as is, and then increase the testosterone from week 105 onwards?

Tendonitis is usually difficult to deal with — on the one hand, the tendon needs to be loaded, but on the other hand, the load needs to be appropriate. Doctors usually can’t do much in this case. And peptides can actually work well in such cases.

You’re already using Testo and Primo, right? I thought you were only planning to start. So I misunderstood you initially. In that case, it would be worth looking at your estradiol blood test. Have you had any tests done or not?

No, I’m not taking anything right now; I used to, but it’s been almost two years since I stopped. So, I’m not taking anything other than TRT and Mots-c. That’s why I thought maybe I could start with lower doses—like 250–300 mg of testosterone a week, 200 mg of Primo, and 2 units of HGH. Wouldn't that be better? That was my plan until I reach 105 kg.

It definitely makes sense to start with minimal doses and increase them only if progress stops. More precisely, when progress stops, you should first review your diet and training process, and only after that increase the dosages. There should be some kind of synergy between the dosages and what you’re asking your body to do. But we’ll get to that a little later.

I would actually recommend cutting down to 105 kg first (ideally to 100 kg), because then you’ll start your cycle in good shape without excess weight, and firstly, you’ll be able to see every kilogram of muscle you gain. Under a layer of fat, you simply won’t notice the progress as clearly. Secondly, for your body to progress in muscle growth, it needs to get enough resources in the form of energy. And that means your diet can’t be low-calorie.

With this approach, you’ll get the most out of the cycle. And yes, you’ll probably gain some fat, that’s most likely unavoidable, but firstly, that fat will be distributed over more muscle mass and you’ll look completely different, and secondly, after the cycle you can keep your test dose slightly above the physiological level, for example 180 mg per week, and add Reta. Over 4–6 weeks, you can lose the extra fat you gained during the cycle. In the end, you’ll get what you want.

If you start the cycle now, you most likely won’t lose much fat and you’ll gain less muscle mass.

What I’m saying isn’t an absolute rule, I’m just suggesting an approach that I see as more optimal.

Now I’ll show you a few studies so you understand what I’m talking about.

Large calorie surplus vs. moderate weight gain

Effect of Nutritional Intervention on Body Composition and Performance in Elite Athletes

This study included 39 high-level athletes. The duration was 8–12 weeks.
The participants continued their regular sports training and also did four strength-training sessions per week (these were not bodybuilders, but track and field athletes). The difference in calorie intake was around 620 kcal per day.

And what happens during a calorie deficit?

A 2022 meta-analysis. Murphy & Koehler — Energy deficiency impairs resistance training gains in lean mass.
Study — PubMed

The researchers analyzed the results of resistance training during a calorie deficit versus without a deficit. On average, gains in lean mass were worse during a calorie deficit. And the greater the deficit, the more it interfered with gains. In the meta-regression analysis, a deficit of around 500 kcal per day corresponded to no average increase in lean mass.
