Hi everyone,

I’m currently on 250mg Testosterone Enanthate (Test E) per week. My main goal for adding peptides to this protocol is optimizing skin health/quality (anti-aging, texture) and supporting general recovery. I’m considering a stack of GHK-Cu and BPC-157.

I’d appreciate your advice on a few specific points:

1. Skin Benefits: For those who used GHK-Cu specifically for skin improvements while on TRT/Cycle, how long did it take to see results? Did BPC-157 add any noticeable benefit to skin elasticity or healing?

2. Cycling & Breaks: I’ve heard conflicting reports about the duration of use. How long do you typically run this stack before taking a break? Is a 6-week on / 4-week off protocol standard, or do you run it longer?

3. Dosage: I’m planning on 250mcg BPC-157 (2x/day) and 2mg GHK-Cu (1x/day). Does this sound right for cosmetic/skin purposes?

4. Mixing: Can I pull both into the same syringe to reduce the number of injections, or will this cause issues with the GHK-Cu (PIP/stability)?

Thanks in advance for your experiences!

Hi Krokei (again) hahah

Good approach, and I like that you’re keeping the goal clear. Not everything has to be about size.

I’ll go point by point,

Skin side… GHK-Cu is the one doing the work there. It’s not instant. You usually start noticing small changes around 3–4 weeks, and more visible improvements by week 6+. Think better texture, faster healing, a bit more “healthy” look. Nothing dramatic overnight, but it adds up.

BPC… I wouldn’t count on it for skin. It’s great for healing and recovery, especially tendons or small injuries, but for cosmetic purposes it’s secondary at

Cycling… you don’t need to overcomplicate it. 6–8 weeks on is a good practical window. Then take a few weeks off if you want. Some people run GHK longer, but for what you’re after, keep it simple and assess.

Doses: look fine. You don’t need to go higher for your goal. More won’t suddenly give you better skin.

Mixing… I’d keep GHK separate. It can be a bit irritating and more prone to PIP. Mixing it with BPC sometimes makes the whole shot more uncomfortable. Two small injections is the safer, cleaner way.

One thing I’ll add…

peptides help, but don’t expect them to fix everything if basics aren’t there. Sleep, hydration, diet, even sun exposure… those will move the needle just as much for skin quality.

Overall your plan makes sense. Just keep expectations realistic and stay consistent.

Haha thanks again, I'm not sure yet if I should drive the ghk cu and bp with my testo-cycle. I'll think about it. But your comment is a help for me, thank you.
