I’ll answer your question first.
With Test E, twice per week is perfectly fine. It’s a long ester, so something like Monday and Thursday keeps levels stable enough. There’s no real need to overcomplicate it with more frequent injections at your stage.
Now the BIGGER point.
It’s honestly very hard to give any solid judgment based on what you shared. “18, training 2 years” doesn’t tell us much. No bodyweight, no conditioning level, no strength numbers, no diet structure, no bloodwork, no injury history… nothing about how your body actually responds to training or food
And yet you’re jumping straight into Test, Tren and Anavar.
That’s not a beginner setup, that’s already a stacked cycle. Tren especially is not something people usually recommend for a first run, even less at 18.
More compounds doesn’t mean more results, especially when the foundation isn’t clearly established. At your age, you’re still sitting on peak natural hormone production. You could likely make massive progress with just training, food and time.
If you want real feedback, you need to give more context about your current physique, performance, and goals. Right now it’s simply too little info to say whether this is a smart move or not.
