First cycle was a success i have to say:

20 weeks of testosterone enanthate:
1-4 weeks: 350mg
5-14weeks: 500mg
15- 20 weeks: 700mg

Anastrazole 0.5mg twice a week, I skipped sometimes tho

I have to admit that i did the mistake of not making a blood work, but I will on pct

Bench press went from 35kg to 60 kg
Lat pull-down 65kg
hack squat to 180 kg

Went from 90 kg to 95kg
But I also lost weight ( body fat) , so the scale doesn’t tell it all

I am at my last weeks and will start pct ( Tamoxifen) soon , ( not cruising because I still want to have kids, if god wants)

What do you think ??

Your enthusiasm is great, and it’s clear you feel like you made progress. I’m going to be honest with you in the most constructive and human way possible: the pictures don’t really match the story you’re telling.

Your lifts improved, sure, but visually there isn’t the kind of change that a 20-week testosterone cycle at those doses normally produces. Five kilos gained across twenty weeks, while also losing fat, should give you a much fuller, denser, more noticeable look. Right now, the physique looks almost the same as the starting point, just slightly tighter. That isn’t in line with the dose, the duration or how these compounds usually perform.

This doesn’t mean you failed (don’t take me wrong) It could mean something in the process wasn’t optimized. Maybe the diet wasn’t truly in a surplus. Maybe training wasn’t structured enough for continuous progressive overload. Skipping the AI here and there could have kept you holding water. And without bloodwork, you had no way to know if estrogen, testosterone or anything else was working with you or against you.

The good news: you still made some progress. Strength went up, you trimmed a bit of fat, and you learned a lot. But PED cycles demand measurable results, not just a sense of “feeling good.” You need numbers, pictures, logs and structure.

About PCT:

If you want kids in the future, choosing to PCT instead of cruising is the right call. Just make sure your PCT is structured properly and followed by bloodwork. Without labs, you’re guessing.

My advice going forward:
  1. Get labs before starting PCT: total test, LH, FSH, estradiol, SHBG, prolactin, lipids and liver/kidney values.
  2. Take consistent progress pictures next time, every couple of weeks.
  3. Track your food. You probably weren’t eating enough to grow.
  4. Use a shorter, more structured cycle next round, guided by bloodwork.
  5. Train with intent and progressive overload every single week.

In short: not a bad first run, but the transformation doesn’t match the cycle you ran. Fix the basics now and your next cycle will look like it came from a completely different lifter.

Thanks so much for your comment,

I admit lacking discipline ( skipping sessions, junk food, bad sleeping habits), and not being on caloric surplus because i was fearing of gaining fat, and biggest mistake is not doing my blood work , hands down.

But I’m still learning, still grinding, everyday is a new challenge and a new chance.

Next cycle will be better!!!

I have also to clarify that i am on my 17 week out of 20 , (misleading info) sorry

Please check also my thread on my next cycle planning, i need some advices to not fall on other mistakes
