Hey lads, looking for some advice. I'm in Spain and about to run a bigger cycle than I've done before, and I know I should get bloods done first. Problem is I haven't seen a doctor in 10+ years, I'm not in the public system, and I've got no private insurance.
Do I need a prescription or a referral to get a panel done, or can I just walk into a private lab and pay out of pocket? Anyone know roughly what it costs and which labs are decent? Also, what markers should I be asking for so I'm not wasting money on the wrong stuff?
Mainly want a proper baseline before I start. Cheers.

Hi mate

According to the forum rules, this thread should actually be moved to another section because it's not about recommendations from the expert team. But I'll ask to keep it here so more people can see it and hopefully someone can help you. Once you've received some answers, we'll move the thread to the Members Lounge section.

I'll try to think of ways to bring more attention to the thread. In the meantime, please change the thread title so people can immediately understand that you're looking for answers. You could even write it in Spanish to increase your chances.

Hi mate! In Spain you can buy any test without prescription by coupon

A full hormonal panel cost 89€ and a bloodwork is cheaper

Have a look and solve the topic

Mate, since you're planning a bigger cycle, I'd make sure your baseline includes HCT, hemoglobin, HDL, LDL, triglycerides, kidney function and liver enzymes. one useful tip is to get your blood drawn after a rest day rather than immediately after heavy training, since intense workouts can temporarily affect AST, ALT and creatinine. what did your previous cycle look like, and how long have you been off or cruising?
