Hello everyone , I am no doctor nor coach, i just wanna share with u my personal experience and i do not wanna you to use as a suggestion , just, maybe and ispiration to do your research on
I am 41 years old almost and i have a stable waking up blood pressure (check photo) from 95/62 to 97/61 with rest heart rate from 55 to 60 Max at 100 kg for 185. U can see my pics in the cycle contest
I found a small dose every morning of the telmisartan at 20 mg due a great work in the last years , i managed to go from 120 to 96 in two years always blasting at around 1200 and cruising at 250 plus 10 oxa pre workout
This compound is great because it is a sort of “natural diuretic” but not in the dangerous way Classic diuretics works
It simple inproves your kidneys function regoluting aldosterone pathway plus it is a lil shield for ur left ventricola and also contributes to slowly reduce the size of your left ventricola
Another overlook key factor is electrolites management
I found the best balance is 1 gram of salt (400 mg sodium) every 1/2 liter of water i drink plus i found the best balance with magnesium is 50 mg every liter so I use 1000 mg of bisglucinate it means 400 mg elementar magnesium and i do half half at meals
Potassium should be a bit higher than sodium cause we sweat a lot and use a lot for many muscular function
My sweet spot is 5:4 ratio with sodium so I use 5000 mg potassium daily , I use citrak forte Who has 750 mg with my everyday cardio and during weights , i do cardio 7/7 if i do not do wheight i take my second citrak during meal lunch
The other 3000 mg came from 500 sweet potatoes (about 1600) about 400 mg from my daily banana used post workout with hydro and the last 1000 mg i take from circa 200 grams of spinach with my cod fish dinner
Another key to me to keep blood pressure low is to microdose every thing every day, this will keep ematocrit in range or at least stable avoiding injections big mls peaks and this means less effort for my heart to pump blood
20 min cardio daily plus another 10/15 after weights helps a lot too
Last but not least i keep my far close to zero during blasts, i eat only 1 yolk and 3+3+3 omega net grams a meal
I add in trt just 10 gr peanut buttera with eggs and 10 gr olive oil with spinach stop
Everyone talks about fat importance but is natty licterature, even if u wanna bulk and u need lot of calories if u can have most by complex carbs or even simplier carbs like cream of rice and lean protein is a lot better cause sugars and fats can raise fat quanties in blood , not only bad fats even healthy far when u are enanched and di not need fat to hormonal genesis tends to be stored and make difficultier to pump blood
People always talk about reducinf sodium like in the dash(diet approach to stop hypertension) diet , but sodium is key to be not high not low is key to be in the right spot of balance with magnesium and potassium
So reassuminf
Almost zero fat , sodium potassium and magnesium balanced, every day low intensity cardio waking up empty, microdosing and last but not least at least 20 mg telmisartan daily
