Day 17: quads
Oh my God I love training legs, I had an amazing pump and strength today, hit some new weights with more reps than the last week and had an overall really productive gym session.
This cycle is giving me exactly what I need to support this mass phase, the drive to push my body and the metabolism boost are all coming through and I feel them.

day 18: rest (because of sore throat)
I hate rest days, i feel like im not progressing or doing enough, by the way i was actually planning to go to the gym today and hit shoulders, but since i can barely talk and my breathing is really impared i had to take this day off, unfortunately today no photos or significant updates, i kept my calories as usual so i don't loose any progress but damn it is hard to eat this much and not train, i feel like all this energy is going to get all in fat (which will obviously not) and im scared of eating too little because i could loose my gains, after all it's common rest day thoughts so i will stay hard and attain to the program, see you tomorrow with an update 💪
 
Day 19:back&calves
Yeah, today I slightly changed my back workout by adding one exercise for calves that's it.
By the way today I felt the sickness still present but I choose to go to the gym anyways and damn I was wrong staying at home, I pushed so hard and had an amazing back pump and for some reason even my triceps were swole.
I'm not saying to push yourself even when you're sick, but sometimes physical activity can help you realize that your body can still push trying hard times.
