Starting Weight:85 KG
Goal of the cycle: off-season mass gain phase, i would like to reach 95KG with 12%/14% BF
PED Protocol
Duration: 12 weeksList of compounds:
-Testosterone cypionate 250 mg/week
-Trenbolone mix 150 mg/week
-HCG 1000 IU/week
-Tamoxifen 5 mg/day if i notice any progestin or estrogen side effect
-Cabergoline 0,125 mg 2x week if i notice prolactin increase
Training and nutrition
I'm currently following a high volume high frequency medium intensity modified bro/split for a total of 6 training sessions per week consisting of 24 sets per muscle group adding one set per week at least (hamstrings,chest,quadriceps,shoulders,back,biceps&triceps combined).My diet is really hard to follow and i don't recommend anyone to follow it, i'm currently using macros at 55% carbohydrates 35% protein 10% fats, it's really low on the fat because i need to push more with the glycogen since i'm doing a really high volume and high frequency style of training and this really helps me to push.
Supplements i'm taking:
-creatine mono 5g
-NAC 2g
-garlic extract 150mg
-multivitamin generic 1 capsule a day
-joint complex (MSM 500mg mainly) 1 capsule a day
-vitamin B complex 1 capsule a day
-pre-workout on demand i will mention when i use it
-cialis at 10mg when i want to shoot some great photos or i would like to cheat on my diet to control blood sugars
-apple cider vinegar 20ml usually before dinner
