Hello Ladies and Gentleman,
this topic will be around everything what you need to know about side effects, what causes them and most importantly how to prevent them. Basically using with brain.

It will be divided into many points, for a better overview and understanding.

First of all: Which side effects can you get by abusing PEDs without a proper Knowledge:
  • Gynecomastie
  • Liver Damage
  • Kidney Damage
  • High Bloodpressure
  • High Hematrocit level
  • Hair loss
  • Virilisation for Women
and many more!

Without exactly knowing what that is in general, it should be crystal clear, its nothing good and has to be prevented as good as possible. Especially since we know, it is not a sprint, it is a fucking marathon. That means, we have to do it consistently for a longer time and it requires to keep both eyes on your health - we only have one!

How to prevent it:
  • Using an optimal injection interval:
Basically, the lower the injection interval is, the more consistent is it in the blood and causes less Ups and Downs. It's similiar to a Rollercoaster. In general, being on a rollercoaster is fun - but not for your health!
  • Choose the Cycle wisely and one step at a time!
Keyword patience:

Before you start anything, be aware and get to know about possible sides and always have the "what if substances" at home before you start. Better safe than sorry!

What if substances are:
  • Exemestane/Anastrozole (AIs for high Estrogene)
  • Cabergolin (for high Prolactin)
  • Health Supplements
Choosing a cycle wisely requires some Knowledge behind it. Thats one of the reasons this Forum is for!

In nearly every case it makes sense, to start with a solid amount of Testosterone. When the time is right, you either increase this dosage or add ONE more component. Only one more component because if you add 2 or 3 new PEDs to your body and get some sides, nobody really knows which of these new peds causes them! Some do that to safe some time and accelerate it but that leads to throw out all, fix the problems after and start do it like one at a time anyways. Saving time looks different to me 😉

My tip here:
Add a second component instead of increasing the first. Im a big fan of more components low dosed instead of less components high dosed!
For example: The testosterone only as high as you don't need an AI like Exemestane!
  • Respect the length of a cycle:
Since "blast" and "cruise" should be the way to go, it is important to respect the duration of a blast and don't overdo it. Pushing is good, but giving the body some breaks to recovery is important!
If you use specific types of Orals, stick to the recommendations on the Website and/or even better, not only listen to your body but also listen to some bloodwork, which you should do regularly! There are already some useful threads open about how often you should do it, which markers should be tested etc. Have a look there too!
  • Listen to your bloodwork:
Preventing sideeffects has a lot to do with listening to your bloodwork. Before you start using PEDs, a bloodwork should be definetly done. You will find out the clean scenario of your body. Maybe you are predisposed to something, for example Estradiol (E2). If that is high already before using testosterone, the chance is also pretty high that you cannot tolerate that much of testosterone without using an AI! Or if you blasted some liver toxic substances, the bloodwork will show whats up with your liver! Give the liver some time to recover!
  • Using Supplements as prevention:
While being on the enhanced side it is quite important to assist your body with some beneficial Supplements aswell!
Besides the "normal" supplements, which kinda everyone should take, there are some i recommend to prevent some sides and to keep your body as healthy as possible:
  • Kidney Support (Astragalus etc.)
  • Heart Support
  • Liver Support (Mariendistel, NAC, Tudca etc.)
Of course there are many more which could be useful, but these are the 3 most important in my opinion. It also depends on what someone uses.

To sum it up:
It is super important to know what you do before you do it. To understand the connections of PEDs together with each other, which substances causes which side effects to prevent them. Realize which side effects can happen, how much am i willing to "risk". Be aware of doing bloodworks regularly! Side note, if bloodwork is to expensive, it isnt really the bloodwork, its more the usage of PEDs then! This thread gets edited and updated by me, let me know in the comment section what to add, your opinion/knowledge/experience and lets make it a topic helpful for all!

Health is key - always!
