so yeah finally decided to commit to the bulk. been on 250mg test e weekly for a while and felt like it wasnt enough. decided to make it 500mg/week to bulk up and build some serious mass.

start weight: 80kg
end weight: 87.4kg
i did a massive 4000 calories bulk for 6 weeks. was eating a shit ton but scale did go up (probably some water too). still very happy with it and will now start cruising on like 250 or 300mg and just chill for a bit. will probably cut next year and get ripped. will keep this updated
