Hello, this will be my cycle log of my first ever ,,cycle" with clenbuterol only from Driadashop.to
I started clen while at 94 kg, 186cm.
My goal is to cut down to about 83 kg.
I've been lifting for about 2 years and a half, and, after my last dirty bulk I just needed a boost to cut fat. It's my 3rd day on clen, 1st day did 10mcg's, 2nd 20mcg's and 3rd 20mcg's.
So far I've been feeling more energized, I've got a bit stronger and my muscles look fuller and cat's been melting off, tho my diet wasn't as locked in as last week's.
My only sides are 8-10 more BPM and a lil cramping, tho I take potassium, magnesium, omega 3's and taurine.
I am new to this community and I hope I won't get hated on for this.
So far I've been feeling great.
I will try to post updates every 2 weeks, I will set an reminder, tho I don't think I will need one.

I’ll be honest with you, but with good intent: at your stats and training age, clenbuterol is very likely overkill for what you’re trying to achieve. If someone cannot reliably cut down to ~10% body fat naturally with proper diet, training, steps/cardio, and consistency, adding clen doesn’t fix the root problem, it just masks it temporarily.

At 186 cm and 94 kg, with 2.5 years of lifting, the biggest fat-loss lever by far is still diet adherence and energy balance, not pharmacology. The fact that fat is “melting off” while your diet is less locked in than last week is exactly why clen can be misleading early on: it increases stimulation, water shifts, and perceived hardness, which feels great in the first days but doesn’t teach you how to actually control fat loss.

Your current sides already tell part of the story:
  • Elevated resting HR after only 20 mcg
  • Cramping despite electrolytes
    That means your nervous system is responding strongly, and you’re still at a very low dose. This is not automatically “bad”, but it’s a signal that this is not a neutral supplement either.
Also, cutting from 94 kg to 83 kg is an 11 kg drop. That should be done over time, with structure. If clen is used at all, it should be a last-mile tool, not the foundation of the cut. Otherwise, once it’s removed, most people rebound because nothing underneath was truly fixed.

If you actually want useful feedback and not just pats on the back, you need to share more details. Right now, nobody can help you properly. At minimum:
  • Age
  • Estimated body fat %
  • Current calories and macros
  • Protein intake per day
  • Daily steps and cardio (type, duration)
  • Training split and weekly volume
  • Sleep duration and quality
  • Resting heart rate before clen
  • Any history of anxiety, panic, or stimulant sensitivity
  • Planned duration of clen use and what the exit looks like

One more thing, and this is important: if you cannot reach ~10% body fat without clen, the answer is not “add more tools”, it’s “fix execution”. Once you can diet cleanly, hold muscle, and manage hunger and fatigue naturally, then you can decide if something like clen even makes sense for you.

No hate here, but don’t confuse feeling stimulated with doing things optimally. Post the missing data and people can actually help you do this right!!!
